Over a month later and I couldn't be more grateful to have found Suzie - I've passed this place a dozen times and finally decided to reach out prior to leaving on a month long trip to Asia. (Recommend you read her instructions on her website and text her!) She was quick to respond and her keratin technique is top notch! Suzie is AMAZING- she runs everything herself and genuinely has a kind soul. I felt completely comfortable with her and her attention to detail. I first met Suzie when she worked at Bloom Spa on Washington Street and I followed her to her new salon as soon as it opened. Suzie does such an excellent job (I've gotten numerous cuts and have also gotten blonde highlights) and she's also super warm, friendly, upbeat and just a wonderful person overall. Had my first keratin treatment done by suzie. Let me start off by saying that Suzie is just the best. I traveled from Queens , NY to Hoboken to give it a try and I will back once my keratin treatment is done . I will say that the best time to go to the salon is usually weekends or past noon since the alternative parking is a bit tricky . But overall the location isn't hard to find . The salon is well kept and very clean / sheik. Suzie which is the salon owner is very welcoming and kind . Her work is also amazing . I have thick wavy/curly hair and she managed to make it sleek and straight , she took her time and during the process she made sure to have a fan on and kept asking if I was alright which was sweet. My boyfriend came along ass well which I was concerned he would be bored but she was kind enough to turn on Netflix so that he could stay occupied . For those who've never had the process done it takes about 3 hrs but it is so worth it. After 3 hours of blow drying and flat ironing my hair with the treatment on my hair came out perfect. No flyaways and best of all no more puffy curls !!! In the end I paid Suzie $180 which is a steal. read more
