Laura began with doing a hearing aid test and diagnosed my grandmother's hearing. Then she showed us her test results. She went over a couple of options, measured her ear size, and let my grandmother try on a hearing aid. My grandmother was impressed with it and Laura did some tests with her hearing aid on. It was interesting to see that she was able to put the prescription on hearing aids right there, took like 2 seconds. The things that I really liked about my experience is Laura's knowledge, she continued to sanitize her hands after touching different objects, and she was able to get everything done in an hour. I would definitely recommend Laura to anyone!

I was called, by Shelly, who informed me--rather bluntly--that the Hearing Aid Center no longer accepts Partnership HealthPlan as a secondary payer. She also told me I would need to pay the $290 before I could be seen again. I find it disappointing that after being paid more than $6,000, the center is unwilling to see a patient over a remaining balance of $290, without even offering a payment plan. My experience left me feeling that the priority at this center is money rather than patient care, and that I was treated dismissively because of an outstanding balance I was never informed about. I am sharing this so others are aware: make sure your insurance information is correct and confirmed, and always check what is--or is not--being billed or paid. Based on my experience, I would encourage others to proceed with caution if considering this Hearing Aid Center or go somewhere else for services.

She was so easy to understand considering I am deaf. Reception area was very nice and welcoming too. I then met with Jessica who took the time to get to know me by asking how I ended up in her office and from there she was able to tell me about the Lace program along with cost and benefit. There was no pressure to purchase. The time so to her showed me how much she cares about helping people because she took the time to check my hearing aids and noticed that I was due for an adjustment and I had been noticing some struggles with hearing of late too. I consented to her making some recommended changes that I am trying to adapt now and so grateful to her for her time and expertise.
