Eric is amazing!!! He has taken excellent care of my hearing needs from day one. It all began with a two-hour consultation with Eric, myself and my husband. He was very accommodating with his time and explanations. I had the hearing test which was very thorough, even more so than at a hospital. I've been hard of hearing since birth so I've had many hearing tests and Eric provided tests I had never even had. In fact, one of my hearing aids had to be adjusted and he even delivered it to my home because he was working late one evening. I was floored, what business does that anymore. This one!!!! In addition, when I've needed an appointment because I work several miles from home, the office is most accommodating with scheduling me, many times the same day! I feel blessed to have found them. My mother has been a client of Advanced Hearing for about fifteen years. After losing my dad almost eight years ago, I (their daughter) have accompanied my mom on her appointments, and done the calling in when there is a problem. Corrine, Eric and Jim could not be any nicer or more professional! The problems always get resolved on the spot. I live out of town, and they have worked to fit us in more than once to accommodate my schedule, which is greatly appreciated. What has always impressed me the most, however, is the friendliness, very genuine concern and patience demonstrated by the entire staff. I've had my hearing aids from Advanced Instrument Hearing Aid Center for 10 days and the results are nothing short of remarkable. Eric Stratton very carefully fitted me with hearing aids specific to my issues. He then thoroughly explained use/care of the devices. It has opened up an whole new world to me. I can hear in situations that prior were nearly impossible. I can clearly hear the voices of my grandchildren and my very soft spoken girlfriend. The words "huh" and "what" have almost left my vocabulary. I can make slight adjustments from the app on my iPhone to change settings as situations dictate; although, for the most part, the original settings that Eric provided are perfect. I still cannot believe the time, attention and caring Eric Stratton showed my 89-year old father! His patient repeating of sentences while adjusting my dad's hearing aids, the cleaning of the hearing aids, and even the education about letting batteries "breathe" before using them, was invaluable. When we called for an appointment, we were fit right in, despite the upcoming holiday. We arrived and were greeted warmly, offered tea, and then ushered into Eric's office. The software he was using was up to date and we were pleasantly surprised at how efficient the entire process was. After receiving a very friendly letter reminding me of my VA hearing aids from 2005; they offered to adjust them and give me a new hearing test. My wife and I attended an appointment where we discussed how my hearing was effecting our every day living. The VA had told me a replacement would take some time so was very interested as my hearing was failing at age 81. The test and interview was wonderful, but having the latest hearing aids in my ears was like being in another world. I could hear everything and it stopped the ringing in my ears that I live with. It is hard to discribe all the wonderful service at Advanced Instruments Hearing Aid Center but believe me they are there the best. read more

My needs and wants are always handled efficiently and professionally.
