They make you sign so many consents so many forms as if you're going to court for some trial. They have all my information and I did not even meet the doctor. I just had to walk out of there. This experience has left me feeling disappointed and questioning the level of care patients receive at this office. While I understand that healthcare professionals are busy, I believe that taking the time to connect with patients and address their individual needs is crucial for a positive experience. I waited over a month to hear from UCSF making phone calls back and forth with her office and UCSF, only to find out that my paperwork wasn't ever sent to UCSF!!! I feel like I am having to battle her to do her JOB. Maybe she needs to review the oath she took as a Dr. Bottom Line, I would NOT reccomend anyone to see this dr. It is worth it as she really knows her profession and has cured my ear troubles when others have just made it worse. I have a serious ear infection now. Kaiser gave me some drugs, Oxycodone to hide the pain. Now a week later, I am worried about permanent damage to my ear.
