They have always been very professional and the check-in procedure is run smoothly. After my initial appointment at North Bay, I was not impressed. I had to ask to check my vials to confirm that they were mine. I was told that the staff checked them to confirm the correct info. They made a note to make sure I checked my vials in the future. As a retired USAF medic, I was trained to always confirm everything with the patient. This was my first red flag. I was given info regarding an app to download onto my phone for future check-ins. After repeated attempts to do so, the app remained defective. When I tried to check into the clinic on the next visit, I got a bit of attitude because I didn't use the app. After several attempts, I called the clinic for assistance. The receptionist seemed very cavalier in her attitude and didn't seem to understand my frustration. I was hung up on while I again attempted to install the phone app. She eventually called back. By this time I was beyond frustrated and cancelled all future appointments to this ineffective clinic. I will resume my treatments at the clinic in Fairfield. I have confidence in being taken seriously and feel very at ease with their efficient system.

What annoys me is that I'll say "I can only make these days in the next two weeks" and each time I've tried to make an appointment I get suggestions for days I straight up can't make. The one time I was able to make an appointment that worked for my schedule I accidentally made it for a work day and it had to be a solid month out. Ridiculous. And the subtext for the attitude I get is that I'm too hard a patient to schedule. Sorry for working 14 hour shifts on a rotating schedule? Neither the Napa nor Sonoma office can manage to fit me in. Experiences like this seriously turn me off of a business. And naturally they're too high class to work the weekends at or, or make an exception. My insurance deductible is rather high and I finally met it the other week so I wanted to take advantage of not having to pay full price for a direly needed service. So I'll be driving from Vallejo to Livermore because this other place has oodles of appointments that I can actually make even with an extra hour of driving one way (two round trip) and a bridge toll. I've been here before years ago for allergy testing. Didn't have a single issue, was a great experience. But that was when I worked a "normal" schedule as a college student working part time. Meh.

First, their off-site call center gave me completely incorrect instructions to attend an "Intake" appointment with a different doctor just to establish care. I took time out of my day and physically showed up, only for the front desk staff to tell me "we don't do that" and cancel my appointment on the spot. To fix their mistake, they scheduled me with the doctor I actually wanted to see (Dr. Schoenrock). However, they forced me to wait months for this opening. Now, right before my appointment, they have canceled on me yet again. They refuse to take me on as a new patient because Dr. Schoenrock is leaving the practice. While I understand that doctors move, this clinic allowed me to wait for months following a massive administrative error on their part, only to drop me completely at the last second. They offered a random replacement doctor, but I refused because I waited specifically for the provider I chose. Turning away a patient after forcing a multi-month wait due to your own staff's initial mistake is unacceptable. Avoid this clinic if you want reliable scheduling and care.

Dr. Jacqueline Weisbein has a very aggressive bedside manner. When she came in the room (first time…read moremeeting me) she sat down with her arms crossed and said, "So what's wrong with you?" I just had major surgery to have stage 4 endometriosis removed from multiple organs. I even had my appendix removed during the extensive abdominal surgery. She seemed uninterested in my post-operative report. My insurance company dropped me two days before the surgery and she yelled at me to stop crying and told me to get insurance. I did, & then her office was very rude to me over the phone & they didn't even call to confirm my appointment beforehand. I have over 20 years of medical trauma from being misdiagnosed with depression and anxiety when in reality I have had one of the most painful conditions. Dr. Weisbein's demeanor completely changed when her next patient (an older male) walked in and she quickly changed her tone and said, "hello my love!" to him. Bottom line- ladies!!! Don't go to this woman. She's mean. *I almost forgot to mention, when I told her I was in a car accident, she said it was against her policy to talk about more than one injury at a time. *Go to Dr. Eric Grigsby or Dr Melanie Johansson if you need real help and you are a woman. They are experienced and non-biased unlike Jaqueline. *Thank you for your apology for your aggression & I hope you do better for future patients. The bedside manner from the other doctors were undesireable but the nursing staff was alright. Dr Morgese herself was probably the best experience out of an overall experience, she once took a question I had and researched it, and called me back a month later for further exploration. My biggest complaint are the administrative/reception ladies. Since we dont like this office, we've decided to take our son back to his original pediatrician in San Francisco. I've called three times to have his records transferred witout luck. They required me to fill out a release for the records, and fax it back...I did it promptly. They never released the records. I called again and the woman at the reception took my number and never called me back. Today I called at 12:15 to hear a recording that they are at lunch from 12:30-1:30 daily and to leave a message. How can anyone think it's ok to take their kid to a place that runs like this? This is supposed to be the most recommended Pediatrician in Napa - hence the commute to SF for our original Pediatrician.

He took my information, told me to hold on, came back 5 mins later telling me he couldn't get ahold of her, but he had left her a message and she would call me right back. A few minutes later, the young kid calls me back and says 'Dr. Williams said you should go to the ER' I said - 'they told me to call my primary' His response: 'well if the hospital let you go, just do whatever they said don't worry about it' He ended with, 'well like I said, Dr. Williams said it's 3am and to just go to the hospital. The clothe they gave me to cover barely covered anything. The gel they used for the ultrasound apparently was just going to be left on me while the rest of the appt continued. I had to ask for towels to clean up my chest. The assistant brought back the smallest wet towels to help clean up but I had to ask her to go back multiple times to get more. I was left on a table completely naked. Imagine a table napkin is all you are given to cover yourself. The worst part was when Dr. Armstrong asked me to help with the procedure for the pap smear. I can't go into details here, but I will be filing a complaint with the board. I want to warn women not to go and to not let your daughter's go either.
