2/10/26 I came here for lunch as I was in town for work and…read moreso glad that I did. Heavens to Betsy was absolutely fantastic! The ambiance is very inviting and spacious, and the service was very quick and accomadating. I ordered the Reuben sandwich with the tomato basil soup, and both were fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The Reuben was piled high with meat. I had enough left over for another meal! I couldn't leave without trying the red velvet crinkle cookie, and I'm so glad I did. I saved it to share with my husband when I got home, and it was incredible. I found out the owner's daughter, a Culinary Institute graduate, made it, and you can definitely taste the quality. Everything was fresh, homemade, and absolutely worth the visit. I'll definitely be back!

It was a big group and they absolutely nailed it. The next time, we ordered ahead and it still took *forever*. We had to take it to go to make our distillery tour on time. It was thrown together, we didn't have utensils, and I have no idea why it took so long when it was not very busy. We waited significantly longer than the scheduled time and checked in with them multiple times while we waited at a table. They said they were working on it each time, and we only had 4 things in our order. It's not super cheap, and it was just disappointing as a whole. The food wasn't as good as the other times we'd been there and it seemed they just had a really off day.

If you're looking for a dessert option, this is a great place. Highlights - lots of chocolate treats and fancy desserts. We tried the Oreo Raspberry Cake. It was super moist, decadent, and heavy. Great cake slice, we really enjoyed it. The annoying part was that I ordered bourbon balls and I instead got some sort of vanilla truffle. I'm not a local but I'm pretty sure I didn't get bourbon balls. Didn't taste anything like bourbon at all. I was very disappointed since that is what I initially came in for and we didn't realize the mistake until much further in the day. The cake slice saves the review from being any lower but paying $12 for something I didn't want is annoying and ruins the experience somewhat. That is why quality counts from beginning to end. I still recommend trying this place out but make sure you check what you order so that you get the right thing.

I was at the Fayette mall yesterday and walked into Chocomania. I was really curious what all…read morekinds of desserts they offered. I saw a case and started looking. First, only a couple items in the case even had labels or prices, so I literally had to ask what an item was. The store associate seemed to get annoyed at telling me what the items in the case were but how do you expect me to know if you don't label your items? and i only even asked what 3-4 items were out of 15+ in the case. even though she told me what a couple of the items were, I have no idea how much they were. I asked the price on the viral fruit thing and she responded "they range from $10-$20". There were three choices of those and I guess it was too much trouble to say the price of each one I wanted to try one of the viral fruit moose things, but after the way the store associate acted I decided to pass. There were definitely some things that looked really good, but I'm not going to purchase if they're rolling their eyes at me and acting like I'm bothering them asking about the things they are selling. I'll give it another shot in the future. We'll see what happens Summary: 1. Make sure items in the case are labeled with a product name, short description, and price. 2. Train the people who represent your store what customer service is and how to really sell the product when someone's asking about it I didn't even get to try anything yet so this review is 100% based on customer service interaction and store display information. I know there has been dreams with this business in the past about low reviews - so I'm a real person and I've been elite on Yelp for 6 years. It isn't hard to find me if you want to for verification.

Such a treat! (Literally) I've been following the business…read moreon Instagram for about a year now. This past weekend I finally stopped in and had such a wonderful experience. First, it's just so cute! As you approach, you can't help but notice the beautiful mural on the windows. Then you step inside of the most charming little bakery. There are tables for in-store dining and tasty treats everywhere. Cookies, pies, croissants, refrigerated salads and sweets, candied nuts and even Rice Krispie treats. These are just some of the items available. I've never been to a bakery with that many different offerings. Everything looked amazing and everyone in line lets us know that everything is delicious!!! Honestly I wanted a bit of everything, but I had to have some self control. In the end I walked away with muffins, bars, a Bundt cake, a cake pop and tiramisu (this was all shared with another person). Just like the other patrons said, I quickly learned that everything was in fact delicious! It was fresh and so, so good!!! The staff was very kind and I think that Rebecca herself came out and chatted with us briefly. This was my first visit, but definitely won't be my last. Absolutely worth the drive from Lexington.

Everything looks so yum! Greeted by super sweet young people working the counter. The decor is so perfect that describes how you want to feel when you enter a dessert shop. Highly recommend if you have a sweet tooth. Prices are reasonable and portion sizes are shareable.
