All the staff I was involved with clearly were enjoying their work. A real dream team. The name of the business, "Smiles" not only refers to teeth but also the well chosen staff. Well done Brandon, and what a pleasure getting to know Heather, Sheila and lovely Erin on the front desk. So caring, warm and efficient. I had a couple of minor teeth issues which I knew about. B. spotted one immediately. I was able to explain the difficulty with a back tooth. On investigation he knew exactly what needed doing to stop the discomfort. His job, of course, but it was such a relief to find someone who wanted to progress to next steps for improvement. I'm looking to getting the work done. The office itself is light, airy, very attractively put together...and the music, for a change, is not overbearing. The view I had from the treatment window towards hills was stunning. I saw 3 beautiful eagles swooping around each other in the near distance. They also have some impressive equipment making X-rays straightforward and accurate. For the first time ever I felt no pain when having the water treatment for spraying my teeth post cleaning. Heather used some WARM water: NO DISCOMFORT. An unknown for me. Another plus in my books. She made my entire experience seamless from getting me dialed in with my insurance to setting up my next appointment. The inside of the office is very clean, decorated nicely and overall a great looking office! The dentist, Dr. Kishen Godhia, was very thorough, personable, and had a lot of knowledge. In the past, I've noticed that many dental offices rush through the entire experience, but here is not that. From the front office staff, to the hygienist, X-ray tech, and the dentist, they all took their time getting to know me and what my future goals for my dental hygiene are. Horrible Experience…read more... I have had 3 new crowns placed. 2 above on my left side. Food is always getting caught between the two new crowns and the Dentist said it was because they were not done at the same time. That should not matter if the impressions are done properly for the Dental Lab. At this time My bite is not correct, the teeth do not align properly, it's uncomfortable to bite and chew, so that I'm must chew mostly on my right side. When they took impressions to have the crowns made, they were only partial impressions Not full entire upper jaw impression. The full impression are needed so that the dental lab knows to fit the bite correctly. The Lower Crown doesn't fit either When I asked them why just the partial the response was that, That's how they Do it. I need now to get new Dental Crowns ... I will have to go have the work done somewhere else now. So don't go over there

To add to my * review on 12/9/25, I spoke to the insurance company and this office made the…read moreinsurance plan change in October 2025, to one that has a higher payout resulting in patients paying the balance between what the insurance pays them and what they billed out. They knew two months before my appt, yet they waited until exactly 24 hrs. before my appt. to tell me about the change. They even sent me a text message appt reminder and I had also called to confirm prior. After speaking to other dental offices they all confirmed a 30 day notification was customary when insurance changes. I received none of these. Decent care or not, this is a testament to how they "value" their clients which clearly speaks for itself. I am not the only one this happened to. Beware!

On this visit, the dental hygienist, Grace, was very informative every step of the way on a deep cleaning, telling me what she would be doing as she proceeded. To top that off, I received follow-up texts from Grace to see if I had any issues, soreness, etc. and the progress of the Lidocaine wearing off. That type of follow up is something I have never experienced from a dentist office and is certainly above and beyond.
