The appointment only took about 10 minutes total, but obviously this will vary depending on what service(s) you're getting done. They are not currently taking walk-in appointments and only seeing one client at a time (with masks on), so I recommend calling ahead to book an appointment. Nitty Gritty goes out of their way to ensure their salon is an LGBTQ+ safe space - there's specific information on waxing if you're transitioning, an ask for pronouns at the time of registration, and a truly welcoming atmosphere for all.
