She was very nice and quick which I was thankful given how sick I felt. I was then seen less than 10 minutes later by the Nurse Practitioner, Brandi. She was phenomenal. She listened to my symptoms and concerns intently and was very kind and compassionate with how sick I was. She got me in and out and got me all the prescriptions I needed to start feeling better. The customer service my husband and I recently received here was exceptional. We had initial issues with a prescription, additional questions about the medical plan used for the prescription, and some other questions too. The lady (Marissa? Apologies if incorrect...) was patient, understanding and professional throughout - we deeply appreciated all her assistance. Everything was resolved and all questions thoroughly answered. During our short wait in line we also observed other customers receiving the same respect and care. Kudos to this pharmacy and their staff for exhibiting such professionalism. We appreciate you!

She is condescending and not helpful at all. She does not ask if customers need counsel on new prescriptions; if one has a discount card that has expired, she does not let you know that you can visit the manufacturer's web site to print an updated copy of the card, and she goes out of her way to be unpleasant.
