My prescriptions and my husbands prescriptions needed renewal. I phoned a day or two in advance and asked about transferring meds, and I got the kindest young woman on the phone. I contact my doctors office and by the time we got to Walhalla, our prescriptions were ready. These are the kindest and most accommodating pharmacy I've been to in some time. She is condescending and not helpful at all. She does not ask if customers need counsel on new prescriptions; if one has a discount card that has expired, she does not let you know that you can visit the manufacturer's web site to print an updated copy of the card, and she goes out of her way to be unpleasant.

The customer service my husband and I recently received here was exceptional. We had initial issues with a prescription, additional questions about the medical plan used for the prescription, and some other questions too. The lady (Marissa? Apologies if incorrect...) was patient, understanding and professional throughout - we deeply appreciated all her assistance. Everything was resolved and all questions thoroughly answered. The lady before me stood at the window to get a pharmacist's opinion for a good 30 mins, and when she about walked away, THEN the pharmacist decided to come ask if she needed help. Mind you they were NOT busy at this time. If you are busy, then hire someone to strictly answer phone calls. I will be switching pharmacies. Wish I could go back to my old pharmacy. :(
