We had initial issues with a prescription, additional questions about the medical plan used for the prescription, and some other questions too. The lady (Marissa? Apologies if incorrect...) was patient, understanding and professional throughout - we deeply appreciated all her assistance. Everything was resolved and all questions thoroughly answered. She is condescending and not helpful at all. She does not ask if customers need counsel on new prescriptions; if one has a discount card that has expired, she does not let you know that you can visit the manufacturer's web site to print an updated copy of the card, and she goes out of her way to be unpleasant.
