This was reported to management who told her it was an "uncomfortable" situation. He would do an investigation in two days when the store manager returned. Are you kidding me?? A female is followed by YOUR employee and we are now two days later and the new response from Publix is we have reported it to HR. If you are concerned about your safety or the safety of your family DO NOT SHOP HERE. I have been shopping at Publix for most of my adult life and never would I think a customer's safety was not important until now. Wow.

I can't say enough about the Publix Pharmacy staff at this location. I took a prescription to CVS…read moreonly to be told it wasn't covered by my insurance. The Rx was going to cost nearly $80.00. I took the same script to Publix pharmacy and was over the top impressed with their customer service. The tech and the pharmacist did some research and discovered the PA who wrote the prescription made an error in the dosage. They took the initiative to call the clinic and have a new correct Rx sent to them. The final cost to me was $15.00. The net is I'm finished with CVS!.

The customer service my husband and I recently received here was exceptional. We had initial issues with a prescription, additional questions about the medical plan used for the prescription, and some other questions too. The lady (Marissa? Apologies if incorrect...) was patient, understanding and professional throughout - we deeply appreciated all her assistance. Everything was resolved and all questions thoroughly answered. During our short wait in line we also observed other customers receiving the same respect and care. Kudos to this pharmacy and their staff for exhibiting such professionalism. We appreciate you!

Its a pharmacy. The dispense as needed with valid scripts. Nice and helpful. People get…read morefrustrated when they can't refill scripts for lawful reason. They are bound be laws and regulations, not trying to be mean to every Joe there is. Worth noting, they take lunch at 1-2.

Walgreens pharmacy is terrible!! They often close during the week for no apparent reason all day…read morelong. Then, you wait forever in line. This happens if you go inside or wait in the drive-through. Their excuses they don't have enough people working. Maybe if they paid their people better they would have more pharmacist. I have left their pharmacy and gone to Walmart. I will never use Walgreens pharmacy again!

Went into pharmacy and the lady at the register decided to blurt out what each of my medications for. My prescription had to be resent in, I still don't have it filled, from Friday to Tuesday. The lady before me stood at the window to get a pharmacist's opinion for a good 30 mins, and when she about walked away, THEN the pharmacist decided to come ask if she needed help. Mind you they were NOT busy at this time. If you are busy, then hire someone to strictly answer phone calls. I will be switching pharmacies. Wish I could go back to my old pharmacy. :(

OK, you do have to wait in line, sometimes a long time, but the ladies helping are very pleasant…read moreand nice. They are patient and I've never had trouble getting a prescription filled efficiently. I get a text when my requested refill is ready or I can call and ask them to expedite. A pharmacist is readily available. Most importantly, you can get your prescriptions while shopping. It would take you longer to drive to CVS or Walgreens, park and then go in and probably wait there too. AND Walmart prescription prices are cheaper!!
