No amount of handwaving and slick talk will convince me that they need that much time in labor and no parts. The time it would have taken them was 8 days - everywhere else was 2-4 days. I had my car taken apart, cleaned, dried, and detailed and out back together to a very high standard for less time and money. This is just a word or warning - shop around. When they quote you without even looking through an open door, that's when you know they have too much work to give you a fair shake. Sure was a pretty building though!

My car has been suffering from internal leaking, everything (floorboards, seats, etc) was perpetually damp, starting to get musky, molding and unsafe to drive in. I took my car to Sunmark and Dave couldn't have been more helpful. He was upfront, gave me a full rundown of what the plan was, gave me fair pricing, and was true to his word with the plan. He even went the extra mile and fixed a minor issue with my trunk another autoshop was going overcharge me for. I am stunned with the results. I feel like I have a brand new car. There was a complete lack of basic manners--no greeting, no courtesy, just an overall negative attitude that made the interaction uncomfortable. Customer service should at least include basic respect and professionalism, and unfortunately that was completely missing here. Because of this experience, I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this place to others.

Was able to park my vehcicle and leave it in the parking lot. The experince of going through the boarding process in less than 15 minutes was amazing. Why can't all airports make it this easy. Back many moons ago NEXUS OFFICES were located in the building, I know cause this was where I got my NEXUS pass. Use to be a great dinner inside the airport to grab a fast burger with minimum hassle but sadly is longer flipping burgers. I'm sure if you've made it to the airport well you've noticed its small but effciant for personal, small commercial aircraft & private aircraft. The captain has turned on the fasten seatbelts sign. If you haven't already done so, we ask that you stow your carry-on luggage underneath the seat in front of you or in an overhead bin. Because we have oneworld status we were able to use the First Class checkin. Lines were long but given it was Memorial Day, understandable. Agents were friendly and helpful. Our original flight wasn't until 11:25a but there was an earlier flight at 8 that the checking agent was able to get us on. Because we switched flights, we couldn't get premium economy seats or be seated next to each other like we had for our earlier flight but we'd get home three hours sooner. So that was well worth the trade off. Alaska serves the tastiest Hazelnut Espresso Vodka and Five Farms Irish Cream Liquor. When you get both and add milk, it's a delicious cocktail. Friendly flight attendants.
