No amount of handwaving and slick talk will convince me that they need that much time in labor and no parts. The time it would have taken them was 8 days - everywhere else was 2-4 days. I had my car taken apart, cleaned, dried, and detailed and out back together to a very high standard for less time and money. This is just a word or warning - shop around. When they quote you without even looking through an open door, that's when you know they have too much work to give you a fair shake. Sure was a pretty building though!

Was able to park my vehcicle and leave it in the parking lot. The experince of going through the boarding process in less than 15 minutes was amazing. Why can't all airports make it this easy. Back many moons ago NEXUS OFFICES were located in the building, I know cause this was where I got my NEXUS pass. Use to be a great dinner inside the airport to grab a fast burger with minimum hassle but sadly is longer flipping burgers. I'm sure if you've made it to the airport well you've noticed its small but effciant for personal, small commercial aircraft & private aircraft. The captain has turned on the fasten seatbelts sign. If you haven't already done so, we ask that you stow your carry-on luggage underneath the seat in front of you or in an overhead bin. My husband treated me to a first class ticket on Alaska Airlines for my very first Girl's trip in…read moremany years! Unfortunately, I experienced the worst service by the first class steward today on 09/23/26 (Flight AS 410). As I entered the plane's cabin, there was no welcome or greeting. I was told, not asked, to put my hand-carry and purse in the storage above my seat. It was very small and I had difficulty placing the bags in the bin. No assistance was offered by the steward. It was obvious I was struggling with the bags. Without going into too much detail, it was also clear that I had a handicap at this time. I was told, again, not asked, to make sure I could not have anything with me. And to take a seat. I felt extremely uncomfortable and rushed. The female steward was outright rude and condescending towards me. To make matters worse, the first class seat appeared not to recline more than 2 inches and the treatment and service I received during the flight was not representative of any ticket price, first or coach. In order to watch a movie, I had to use my cellphone and earbuds. No screen or iPad was provided here. Not much service of any kind was provided here in first class. I have received and experienced far greater service with other airlines in coach and comfort seats. The restroom is narrow and small as well. During the entire flight, it appeared that the flight steward had an issue with me and my flight companion. My worst experience so far on an airlines. Shame on you Alaska Airlines, please do better.
