Not only that but 1) he took the poster board to my booth and set it up AND took photos so that I knew it was taken care of 2) they gave me 10% off for the inconvenience. He has all of the knowledge & experience of an old world signmaker & all of the tools & computer assists of a modern sign technologist. It was an tremendous advantage to be able to work with and develop my signage ideas with the owner of the business. Unlike companies like FAST SIGNS who are staffed by young kids still green behind the ears and exorbitantly inflated prices coupled with 3 to 5 day turnarounds. Which by the way they call FAST. Those outfits are a joke. I contacted Fred by phone. Emailed him my primitive MSword document. He immediately gave me a price over the phone. I drove over there. Sat down at the computer with him for 20 minutes. 20 minutes later I was able to approve his creation of the CHROME graphics for both sides of my Volvo. It measures 5 feet by a foot. Not a small sign by any measure of the imagination. This all transpired by 10:00 a.m. The following day I showed up & within 1 hour the outstanding CHROME signage with my website address was emblazoned on both sides of my Volvo. Check out the photos which I've uploaded here on YELP. The CHROME is mirror finish with a crystal clear super reflective surface. I was so impressed with Mr. Hunter's skill and business practices I commissioned him to do further work for my business. He created the additional graphics you can view on the 4 windows of my Volvo and boldly displayed on the hood area.

One said he would show up and never did. He was the closest geographically. Craig from Reprographics came by the next day while being the farthest. He communicated clearly and promptly. He took take of every aspect of it including the design and artwork. We waited a few months for the funding grant from the state. But when all was approved Craig had the sign made and installed in the quick time frame that he gave me. It's a beautiful custom made lighted sign that everyone in the area is raving about. The Staff at this location, Cindy, Amy Shaun have been GREAT at taking my messages and delivering them to Tom. Tom just doesn't think much of his customers to actually call them back. Even worse, my signage was delivered 45 days later than promised, and only after I repeatedly pushed for completion. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the delay, and certainly no offer to make things right. For a business that should understand the importance of timelines and customer service, this was unacceptable. This office used to be owned and run by Michael Sepinuck. He sold to Tom and the quality, and integrity of this business fell precipitously as a result... Due to Tom. If you look at their website, you will see Miachel listed with a picture, but you will NOT see a bio or picture of Tom Grave.
