I paid my arhitect $1600 for these drawings and contact ICE to meet and continue with the next steps. Not sure what happened because when I called or texted they either didn't answer or when they did, would tell me they would call me back or come another day which ofcourse they never did. I'm out $1600 because these drawings need changes and the new contractor doesn't need them. I have a friend who also did work with them and told me it was impossible to reach them after the job was completed. They are very bad at communication and don't have the courtesy to call you back. I would give them a zero if I could.

We are so glad we choose Zizzlo Landscaping to help make our yard beautiful…read more John was very responsive and helpful. I changed my mind a few times and he was very patient and understanding. We updated three areas in our yard. Walkway/Fire Pit We added a paved walkway to our new fire-pit space. I can see the team (yes team- at one time I saw at least 5 members working) taking the time to do it right. Measuring .... Making sure the fire-pit was level.... Making sure the grass had seeds to repair the area. I absolutely love having s'mores night. Chicken coop border beautification- Our newly erected chicken coop area needed some work to "finish" the space. John and his team created a border and filled it with stone. He was also able to help us with sand and dirt for the ladies. Love the way the area looks. Nap nook We had an area that was an eye sore with a ton of stuff. John and his team cleared (moved the bricks and stones) the area and helped make it cozy for a nice afternoon nap. The border and the small stones help finish the area we ignored for years. I'm so glad we used Zizzlo Landscape. We love our new yard spaces. Price was very fair. I also loved how I changed my mind a few times w the design and John was always helpful. Team cleaned up and put down plenty of new seeds. Grass looks lovely! Definitely recommend. Can't wait to entertain !!.

The owner Ryan, has yelled at me, came to my house banging on my door, called the township on me for snow removal while I was not home, and is now threatening to call on the township on me for a structure on my property that he says is an eyesore. Just be careful when dealing with contractors and service people because you never know who you are opening your home to. This experience isn't my only bad one but it definitely is the worse.

I am submitting this complaint regarding what I believe were deceptive, coercive, and retaliatory…read morebusiness practices by a tree removal company. I contracted with the company to perform tree removal services at my residence and paid $5,000 for the project. The crew arrived at approximately 8:30 a.m. and departed around 3:30 p.m. After inspecting the property, I discovered that a portion of the agreed-upon work remained unfinished. Based on the scope of the remaining work, it appeared that less than one additional hour of labor by a single worker would have completed the job. The following day, I contacted the company and requested that they return to finish the work for which I had already paid. Rather than honoring what I believed to be their contractual obligation, I was informed that the company would not return unless I paid additional money. In effect, I was asked to pay more in order to receive services that should have been completed under the original agreement. What should have been a routine customer-service matter quickly escalated into a campaign of intimidation. When I disputed the demand for additional payment and continued to request completion of the work, the company's manager threatened legal action against me. Instead of attempting to resolve the dispute professionally, company representatives resorted to personal attacks and accusations unrelated to the services provided. Most troubling, I received written threats that the company would contact my employer and my husband's employer in an effort to "expose" me as a racist. These threats were made despite the fact that I had not published any review, made any public statements, or otherwise damaged the company's reputation. At the time the threats were issued, I had merely stated that I was considering leaving a review regarding my experience. The company's conduct appeared designed to silence a dissatisfied customer through fear, intimidation, and threats of professional harm. Threatening to interfere with a customer's employment because that customer requested completion of contracted work is wholly inappropriate and, in my view, constitutes retaliatory conduct intended to suppress legitimate consumer complaints. Rather than addressing concerns regarding incomplete work, the company responded with threats of litigation, threats to contact employers, accusations of racism, and warnings that their legal team would pursue claims against me. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed by the Federal Trade Commission to determine whether the company's conduct constitutes unfair or deceptive business practices, consumer intimidation, or retaliation against a customer attempting to resolve a dispute regarding incomplete services. I have retained documentation of the relevant communications, including the written threats referenced above, and am prepared to provide them upon request.
