We updated three areas in our yard. Walkway/Fire Pit We added a paved walkway to our new fire-pit space. I can see the team (yes team- at one time I saw at least 5 members working) taking the time to do it right. Measuring .... Making sure the fire-pit was level.... Making sure the grass had seeds to repair the area. I absolutely love having s'mores night. Chicken coop border beautification- Our newly erected chicken coop area needed some work to "finish" the space. John and his team created a border and filled it with stone. He was also able to help us with sand and dirt for the ladies. Love the way the area looks. Nap nook We had an area that was an eye sore with a ton of stuff. John and his team cleared (moved the bricks and stones) the area and helped make it cozy for a nice afternoon nap. The border and the small stones help finish the area we ignored for years. I'm so glad we used Zizzlo Landscape. We love our new yard spaces. Price was very fair. I also loved how I changed my mind a few times w the design and John was always helpful. Team cleaned up and put down plenty of new seeds. Grass looks lovely! Definitely recommend. Can't wait to entertain !!.

Most recently they installed some new flat bluestones over top of a previously pea gravel patio which they installed a few years ago. In order to do it right, they needed to level out and build another layer on the previous stone retaining wall. There was no hassle or uncharge, and they completed everything ahead of schedule. Dan is a creative, caring, and communicative business owner. His team, led by Seth, was an absolute pleasure to work with - they did a truly fantastic job and were so nice and helpful throughout. After they were done, we had a small issue with drainage (because right after they laid down the patio, there were torrential downpours for days, not allowing our pavers to settle). I'm not kidding when I say within five minutes of emailing Dan on a Friday evening to let him know, he called us to say he and Seth were coming over right away to take a look. Because of continued bad weather, they had to come back a few times over the next few weeks to make sure everything was good. Yes, they made our patio a little slice of heaven, but we were actually the most impressed with their post-project attentiveness and customer-focused desire to make everything right. Now we have a perfect space and can't wait to enjoy it over the summer! Highly, highly recommend!

He sent us draft proposals and modified them based on our input. He and his team were very thorough, asking us to send photos of the space at different times of day so they could choose the appropriate plants for that space. To make full use of the space we chose to move the stairs so Brendan connected us with a terrific carpenter (Zach Hedgepeth) who did a great job and coordinated with Brendan to make sure the timing worked out. Once that was done he had his stone mason pull up the ugly brick floor and replace it with beautiful bluestone hardscape. Then his team came in to install the planters and the plants. The whole time they communicated well, keeping us updated on their work and staying in touch with the subs so they knew what was happening. Even now that the patio is done, Brendan has been responsive to my questions in email and offered to replace some plants that didn't survive the winter. We absolutely love sitting out in our beautiful patio surrounded by lush greenery and seeing how the different plants flower at different times. Brendan and his team were a delight to work with and I highly recommend them.
