He set dates , which unfortunately had to be changed 3 times. (Rain) But.... He texted, emailed or called. There was total communication from the very beginning. This "company" is a well too known story. A few guys were sitting around a bar and said, "hey we…read moreknow how to ride a lawn mower - let's start a business!" That is the extent of their business knowledge. They are both unethical AND lazy. We were quoted $25/mow for our roughly 1/4 acre of yard. Our previous service charged $30. HOWEVER, All About Landscaping attempted to bill us for 2 extra mows each month that were clearly not required. Their argument was, "well - it rained a lot." Every other lawn service I have ever dealt with will CALL PRIOR TO ARRANGING A SERVICE NOT IN THE ORIGINAL AGREEMENT. At one point, our yard had solar accent lights. They were not top quality, nor were they the $1 lights found at some thrift shops. An 8 pack cost around $50, so roughly $7/light. This company ruined every one of them. To sum it up, I believe we lost roughly $200 in just over 2 months - all with a "cheaper" company. Whatever you do, stay away from this "company."

Dan is a creative, caring, and communicative business owner. His team, led by Seth, was an absolute pleasure to work with - they did a truly fantastic job and were so nice and helpful throughout. After they were done, we had a small issue with drainage (because right after they laid down the patio, there were torrential downpours for days, not allowing our pavers to settle). I'm not kidding when I say within five minutes of emailing Dan on a Friday evening to let him know, he called us to say he and Seth were coming over right away to take a look. Because of continued bad weather, they had to come back a few times over the next few weeks to make sure everything was good. Yes, they made our patio a little slice of heaven, but we were actually the most impressed with their post-project attentiveness and customer-focused desire to make everything right. Now we have a perfect space and can't wait to enjoy it over the summer! Highly, highly recommend!
