Mike, our main point of contact, was phenomenal--extremely communicative, organized, and committed to ensuring that every detail was perfect and that the project progressed smoothly. Ami, the owner, was hands-on throughout and stopped by several times to personally check in, which speaks volumes about their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction. Andres, their Project Manager, also did an outstanding job keeping everything on track and managing the work seamlessly. But most importantly, hats off to the installers and boots-on-the-ground crew. Their workmanship was exceptional. As someone who works in the contracting world myself, I can confidently say these guys went above and beyond in every aspect of the job. They were extremely talented, worked safely, and maintained a spotless work area--every day the property looked like they had never been there. That level of professionalism is rare, and it did not go unnoticed. Teva also demonstrated a deep understanding of local township requirements and helped guide decisions about our new fencing. They made sure the installation met pool-code standards, which will save us time and headaches when we eventually move forward with a pool. We are already looking forward to our next phase of work with Teva--hardscaping and additional property upgrades planned for late winter/early spring. My husband had an appointment with the owner of TEVA today, 6/25/15. The meeting was scheduled for 8:00am. TEVA called at 8:30am to inform him they would be there at 9:00am instead..so already off to a bad start, but not a big deal to my husband, he excused it. When the owner finally arrived my husband attempted to explain that we had just moved into the house and would be having new windows, siding and a new garage installed in the upcoming months. And that we would like to have the grass cut and shrubs trimmed, and very large tree stump removed at this point. And once we completed renovations on the home we would like the entire front yard redone and a new patio installed in the back of the home. Well, the very rude owner never allowed my husband to finish his sentence. He promptly cut him off and told him its not worth his time. He said "My minimum is $500, you don't have to show me anything else. It's too small. " Please note that no where on the website is it specified that there is a $500 minimum. And as for our yard, I do not consider a yard that is approx. 0.30acres in size to be very large, but not very small either, but then again it was not specified on the website that there was a size requirement. Luckily for my family and I there was a landscaper in the neighborhood early this afternoon working on a neighbors yard. Not only was he willing to take a look at our yard and listen to our request, he also provided us with a estimate to refer to once we are ready to have the project started. As for TEVA, this company is very negative and unprofessional. I will be sharing our experience with friends, family members and coworkers alike. read more

My husband and I were so fortunate to have met the owner Ami prior to work he had been commissioned to begin at two neighbors' homes. He visited us at our home the night prior to share the details of his projects and wanted to be fully transparent with the work and to see if we had any concerns or hesitation. Fully masked , incredibly respectful and gracious, Ami and my husband surveyed our property so Ami could fully explain the details and goals of both projects. He understood and appreciated our concerns with existing trees , vegetation and aesthetics. Both my husband and I were so impressed with his professionalism, authentic kindness and humble nature. In the end after only 2 days work, he and his workman were respectful and created a beautiful fence on both the adjacent and backyard neighbor's properties . My husband also chose to extend a portion on our property. The fence is a beautiful Cedar created with an artist's vision. We are so thankful to have been included in his plans, and shown such high regard for our concerns since both fences affect the visual aesthetic of our property. It is so rare to work with and meet such a business man who displays respect, authentic kindness , sincerity , artistic vision but most importantly the need to respect our natural world. We hope to use Teva Landscaping for any additional work we need in the future. I hope he continues to create beauty in our natural spaces so we may all enjoy his artistry. We spent weeks trying to find a contractor to build us a 'privacy fence'.....none picked up the phone and only one returned our call telling us they could get out in June for an estimate with installation in August! A neighbor recommended 'Teva Landscaping'. Our call to Teva was returned within the hour and they came out the next day with an estimate and set up an appointment for installation of our fence for the next week. The workers installing the fence were terrific workers....professional in all they did. They cleaned up completely and the finished project was perfect! We had Teva come out a year ago to assess our backyard so we could put in a ground level patio. Ami gave us his honest input and a fair quote (a little less than other local companies). He waited around 10 months until we were ready, then started the project three weeks after we settled on a plan. The 800 square foot patio was done in less than 2 weeks! The guys even came out on a Sunday to make up time since it rained 3 days that week. Teva then followed up to ensure everything was perfect, including reseeding the lawn, checking with the gas company for the fire pit, and fixing the stucco that was damaged by our old deck. A few of my fiends in the suburbs recommended Teva Landscaping to us. We live in the city and we weren't sure if a landscaper would be willing to work on our yard because it is a small project. We were having major drainage issues on the side of our home since we moved in. Every time it rained ground water was consistently coming into our crawlspace.
