The problem is that they run through a call service. The number the arborist/estimator contacts you from is a no response text. My husband and I weren't happy with the total outcome of the job and wanted someone to come and look at it. Called twice was told the first time the arborist would be there the next day to look at it. He never showed or called. Called again days later. This time the call service told my husband the arborist would call him back to discuss what we felt wasn't done. Never heard from them again. Except via email to repost the invoice to get paid. Won't be using them again. After posting this review on Google reviews they contacted us multiple times. My husband had already spent two full days cleaning up their mess. They should have contacted us back when we had called repeatedly not when they saw the review. That is not how it should work!

Two times I called for estimates for tree removal and pruning and no one called me back. Recently we had a storm that uprooted one of our trees and knocked it onto the neighbors' property. The same neighbor that recommended Apple. All of the tree services in the area were very busy but our neighbor was freaking out about our tree so I thought if I called Apple and mentioned my neighbors I would at least get a call back. Nothing. I don't do business with people who don't return my phones calls. It only takes a minute to tell someone you're too busy to do the work. It only takes a minute to act like you care about your reputation. It only takes a minute to do the right thing.

He used a pole pruner for a lot of the work and then used a bucket truck to prune near the top of the tree. He took his time and the tree looks really beautiful. Being a Certified Arborist which is very important, he put my mind at ease that the job would be done professionally. Clean up was not only beautiful on our property but he also made sure to get all the cuttings from the inside of the tree. Tree Lion's price was very reasonable and Sven was great to work with. This season, they came and did our neighbors lawn and we figured that they didn't have enough time, so my Husband called to leave a message to find out when we were scheduled. We received no call, but an email stating that we had been terminated. They did something wrong and we were terminated after 14 years. Fine, even though we did nothing wrong, it is their perogative, but be professional enough and not cowardly and call the customer you have had for 14 years to tell them what the reason for termination is and don't wait until the cutting season starts and make us reach out before you terminate. It's bad form for a company to be vindictive in that way. We have called to talk to them several times, with no reply. If they will do this to a customer of 14 years, they will definitely do it to a new person.

He was supposed to do work for another neighbor but never showed up, I assume because he did not won't to run into me. I would not recommend this company because of his non-professional behaviors. You do not play games between neighbors who are already in a heated situation.
