The problem is that they run through a call service. The number the arborist/estimator contacts you from is a no response text. My husband and I weren't happy with the total outcome of the job and wanted someone to come and look at it. Called twice was told the first time the arborist would be there the next day to look at it. He never showed or called. Called again days later. This time the call service told my husband the arborist would call him back to discuss what we felt wasn't done. Never heard from them again. Except via email to repost the invoice to get paid. Won't be using them again. After posting this review on Google reviews they contacted us multiple times. My husband had already spent two full days cleaning up their mess. They should have contacted us back when we had called repeatedly not when they saw the review. That is not how it should work!

Two times I called for estimates for tree removal and pruning and no one called me back. Recently we had a storm that uprooted one of our trees and knocked it onto the neighbors' property. The same neighbor that recommended Apple. All of the tree services in the area were very busy but our neighbor was freaking out about our tree so I thought if I called Apple and mentioned my neighbors I would at least get a call back. Nothing. I don't do business with people who don't return my phones calls. It only takes a minute to tell someone you're too busy to do the work. It only takes a minute to act like you care about your reputation. It only takes a minute to do the right thing.

Because the property owner doesn't live at the affected house, they traveled from another part of the city and rearranged their schedule specifically to meet the estimator. We also learned that the neighboring property we initially believed the tree had fallen from is vacant, making it even more important to determine responsibility and move the process forward. Unfortunately, no one arrived for the scheduled appointment, and there was no phone call, text, or Yelp message to let us know they were running late or needed to reschedule. We understand that delays and emergencies happen, but a simple courtesy message would have been appreciated. The lack of communication wasted people's time and delayed addressing a situation affecting multiple properties. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend a company that confirms an appointment and then fails to show up or communicate with the customer.

Fine, even though we did nothing wrong, it is their perogative, but be professional enough and not cowardly and call the customer you have had for 14 years to tell them what the reason for termination is and don't wait until the cutting season starts and make us reach out before you terminate. It's bad form for a company to be vindictive in that way. We have called to talk to them several times, with no reply. If they will do this to a customer of 14 years, they will definitely do it to a new person.

Then Jordon goes to my neighbor and tells him that I have contacted the township and the township is coming out to look at the tree. Jordon would then not answer my calls nor has he gotten the receipt to me for the work he did. He was supposed to do work for another neighbor but never showed up, I assume because he did not won't to run into me. I would not recommend this company because of his non-professional behaviors. You do not play games between neighbors who are already in a heated situation.
