Bo is typically shy and hides in the closet but he took to her, left the closet and regularly interacted with her. She went out of her way to spend quality time with them daily. Her communication is excellent and she provided daily updates with pictures. Bo got sick while I was away, she took him to the vet and called me so I could speak with the vet for the entirety of the visit and know exactly what was going on. Afterwards she spent additional time with him daily to make sure he was improving and doing well. He doesn't like taking medication and she immediately took the initiative to buy meat to ensure he took the full course of his medication. Kathy was the only one I trusted to take care of my cats in my absence and she is still the only one I'd trust. A 5 star review doesn't give justice for everything she did and if I could I'd rate her higher.

But once we met John and Shauna, the owners, we quickly realized our fur babies were in the best hands possible. They were not only warm and welcoming but also incredibly professional. If you're a pet owner looking for a true 10-out-of-10 service, this is the company. Our pet sitter, Karen, was nothing short of amazing--so loving, so attentive, and so patient with our very needy black cat, Jax. She didn't just stop by; she stayed, hung out, and genuinely spent time with him. And even though our gray cat, Dolce, didn't come out very much, she was just as incredible in caring for her and making sure she felt safe and comfortable. Wow... just wow! We were floored by her love for animals. THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking such great care of the fur babies we love dearly. I would recommend this company to absolutely anyone. Backstory: Ironically I believe there's someone named Shauna who operates the website and Yelp(and does a prompt job responding), but John the caretaker is the one who's phone number is associated with the biz, and he is unable to be reached to line up appointments!! (I contacted them a year or two ago when we were considering using them. We didn't end up needing them, but when we tried them last week when we finally did, John did not decide to call us back.) Took her to the vet within 24 hours and she had a fever, diarrhea, vomiting, and blood coming out of her nose..$3500 later and she has pneumonia and is very ill and in the animal hospital. When i called the business they apologized that they forgot to tell us her tummy was upset. This is way more than a stomach ache and they should have informed us right away. Take your dog elsewhere. *update: she has now passed over the rainbow bridge. Called the facility to let them know and they informed me the owner won't be in until next week. No apologizing, nothing.

They were very understanding in how soon we needed to board our dogs. The meet and greet was great, the owner was so knowledgeable and put our minds at ease in terms of leaving our dogs there. The staff were extremely friendly as well. Second, they were able to give both my dogs their medications while they stayed. They also have an Instagram that they update frequently so we could check in on our babies. I usually get a lot of anxiety when I leave my dogs anywhere new, but I felt relatively at ease with my dogs here. I will definitely have my dogs stay again for daycare or boarding and will likely look into the training program as well.
