The fish and chips did not disappoint and the portion size was very generous. If I had to pick a flaw I suppose I would mention the size of the container of the tartar sauce that comes with the meal is very small, about three smears worth. Also, omg, look at the chips! Those are some unique shaped chips, at first I thought they were potato chips that were fried but no, they were French fries that looked like a potato chip. We stopped here after visiting the cliffs of Moher, the restaurant is located in Doolin County, which I believe has a cave you can visit if you want to get some more adventures in after a great meal at a terrific authentic Irish Pub. Had to wait 15 mins for owner to reply to our phone call. Climbed 3 steep flights of stairs 32 steps in total.i have a disability. She spent several mins TRYING to open bedroom door. There was NO fire escape. Only 1 way down from 3 floor level !!! When returning to our room later we couldn't get into our room due to issues with the key . 18 mins later a stranger helped us. She did not reply to our calls for help. No curtains on windows only blinds that did not fit windows properly. Difficult sleeping due to bright outside light in the square. This place should not have been opened due to problems and absolutely safety issues. We are going to contact the local council, tourist board & the Garda Also NO BREAKFAST

Shortly after the fall I was told I had to leave but no explanation was given. I returned there today but was not given an explanation for their actions. I could say all kinds of subjective opinions about their actions but I will stick to the facts, I was asked to leave because I fell on a drink that was spilled upon me. It feels very unfair. Across the road in another pub the customers and staff went to great lengths to reassure me that this is the way of the Greyhound bar. They do not respect their customers and they were rude uncaring and they have no rights to serve alcohol if they don't want their customers to enjoy it.
