She did not even use a drill to smooth the layers of dip & I had to request the top coat be redone 3 times before it was even remotely smooth. Also, entire process took 1 hour & 45 minutes. Top coat started chipping 5 days after appointment. If they can't do dip, they should not book the appointment. Go elsewhere if you need dip!

The girl who answered said she could get me in at 2:45. I told her I had somewhere to be at 4 so that would be cutting it close. I asked if she had any other times. She said she was new and gave the phone to someone else. This girl said I could either come at 9 AM or 2:45. Not wanting to get up early on a Saturday I chose the 2:45 and again told the girl I had somewhere to be at 4 but it should be ok. She then said ok you are down for an hour massage at 2:45. I show up at 2:30 and the girl at the front says my appointment isn't until 3. I told her my situation. She just shrugged her shoulders and said the therapist doing my massage is on break so we would just have to wait and see if she gets back in time. My masseuse Marci got there at 2:55. First thing she asked was if I had filled out my paperwork since I was new. This perturbed me since the girl at the front that was sitting a few feet away from me and knew what was going on for he past 25 minutes could have had me do this. I told Marci what was going on and said I would just have to do the 30 minute. She basically asked me the pertinent questions so we could quickly get started and apologized. The other girl never uttered any sort of an apology. Ended up Marci was great and went as long as she could go before I had to leave.

When asked about it after a couple toes I said how it was alot brighter and not what I picked and the guy just smile and said it's pretty and he was still doing more glitter. Some of my toe's barely have glitter and you can see the neon green a ton.. I thought they were decent (it's been 4+ years since I had a pedicure) we paid and left. We didn't even get offered anything to drink either. I paid $110 for us both. I would of had redone after getting home and seeing how bad it really was.. but I have littles and unfortunately I had to drive 4 hours back home the next morning so wasn't able to have them fixed.. they were closing in about two hours but all the other workers other than one who was doing someone's nails were sitting in the pedicure chairs eating and playing on their phones. And then someone came in selling eggs to the workers There was only one other customer so it was very quiet and as moms of toddlers we did appreciate that and the music choices were pretty good!
