I did the Red Light Therapy and truly enjoyed it (as did my skin). They have different Nogier Frequencies that you can select from prior to starting, to select what you need from the treatment! My wife called to schedule a massage for me and what I received was cupping, which I've never had before, and not just cupping but way overdone cupping. She covered my entire back and because I assumed she knew what she was doing I didn't question it. I left there in more pain than when I went in and she cause blistering on my back. I showed the image of what she did(a picture was taken with the cups on my back) to a doctor and they informed me that it should not have been done that way for the concern I went there for and that the cups were left on way too long which caused the blisters. My back hurt so bad I couldn't sleep and my wife felt horrible because she called ReVive to schedule a massage for me. I should have asked more questions but never did I think the person who was supposed to listen and provide the service that was scheduled would end up hurting me and increasing my pain. My wife chose this location because she had heard good things but I feel like I was used as a practice dummy for someone who had no idea what they were doing or what harm they could cause. read more

Brian is AMAZING!!! I have been dealing with neck, upper back, lower back, and hip pain. I have seen two different chiropractors, two different physical therapists to deal with all of my pain. Those practices helped to manage the pain, but they weren't ever able to pinpoint the reasons and fix them. I finally found someone who is able to do that. My body pain from my injuries is melting away. I am finally able to wake up without my lower back raging from pain and inflammation. My wife was also involved in a car accident three months ago that left her in a lot of pain. She would constantly have migraines after a day of work that would make it unbearable for her to do anything. She was visiting a physical therapist twice a week for the last four weeks. She isn't going anymore after one visit with Brian. He was able to pinpoint her reasons for pain and get the muscles to release and start there journey for proper healing. When I booked this appointment I stated in the comments, I wanted cupping along with this service. When I walked into the room, I saw the cups at the bedside, so I felt no need to question the service. When I was told the service was finished, I asked about the cupping I had requested and was told that information had not been relayed and it wasn't included . Why wasn't this expressed before we began? Why have an option for comments if they will not be relayed or possibly read. My pain is in my upper shoulders and neck, and the majority of my massage was done with me on my back. Needless to say , I went to work that evening with the same tension and burning sensation. Working nights, I lost sleep to make the 11am appointment and feel like I wasted my $95 and tip. My best friend is the one who turned me on to this spa and I'm saddened to say I do not share her enthusiasm after the service I received. read more

My experience was great my mom and I went without any expectations and the experience was great, my mom can walk better without pain, and my experience was different I had cupping on my back from a rib injury and scars from previous injuries.
