This salon has it all - the best technicians and the best customer service. The atmosphere is always welcoming. Vangie always greats the customers with a smile. I get compliments on my nails regularly and I never feel like I'm being mistreated. Not only are my nails beautiful with unique designs, but Yesenia makes sure the health of my nails are a priority also. She is so nice and patient with every service. I was staying at a hotel across the way and my eyes lit up when I realized I could relax and get a much needed convenient mani/pedi before continuing on my journey back home to El Paso. Wii started on my deluxe pedicure ($45). I don't think he's actually a nail tech, but did great. Ivy finished the paint job and did an amazing job on both my pedicure and dipped manicure with small acrylic tip ($40). They both paid close attention to detail and didn't rush. I'm so happy! I may be biased, but Ivy did say she moved from Cali...soooo maybe that's why she was so good too. Cali stand up!!! A lot of the other techs were scoping out her work, so I'm thinking she's one of the best. We know what's up lol. Drinks were offered and the kindness was top notch. When I am in the salon, my nails look great, but once I get home and start inspecting my nails, they have bumps on them and do not look like quality nails that I paid for. I would of had redone after getting home and seeing how bad it really was.. but I have littles and unfortunately I had to drive 4 hours back home the next morning so wasn't able to have them fixed.. they were closing in about two hours but all the other workers other than one who was doing someone's nails were sitting in the pedicure chairs eating and playing on their phones. And then someone came in selling eggs to the workers There was only one other customer so it was very quiet and as moms of toddlers we did appreciate that and the music choices were pretty good!
