Trang did my pedicure and it was honestly the best pedicure I've ever had in my life. I'm new to this place and I'm so thankful that I found it. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and kind, which made the whole experience even better. I was served delicious mixed cocktails and even received a thoughtful free gift, which was such a nice surprise. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the service. The massage during the pedicure was amazing and so relaxing, and the entire environment was calm, clean, and peaceful. Trang truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that I was comfortable the entire time. I couldn't be happier with my experience here and I will definitely be coming back. Oh girl this was teaaaa. I loved the decorations, and I felt very welcomed. I had asked for a coffin with black fade, and she had done them perfectly. My friend's phone turned off in the middle of the nails and when she tried to turn it back on, the lady had said it's okay and improvised. When she was done the nails were better than the photo. Also, when I was standing off to the side while waiting for my friends to finish, she offered me a seat. And offered us all drinks. Overall an amazing experience. read more

HORRIBLE experience, I made an appointment for 4 of us, 1 of us ended up waiting half the time through the other 3 getting their pedicures done, then I asked for a specific design and she kept saying can't do only with shellac, I know better, so I had to settle with one color, then did a manicure, that was so quick it was ridiculous, the French was very uneven and looked awful. I paid over 300.00 for crap work, glad I don't live here cause I would be going back in there. Took my daughter for a mommy daughter date. We got there right when they opened so not busy at all. We both wanted a full set. They didn't prep either of our nails. The guy that did mine put the tips on but some of them aren't even the correct size for my finger. I asked for dip powder as the website says they offer it, I received acrylic instead. He seemed to rush to get my nails done even though there wasn't anyone else there. The top coat is already starting to wear off on my nails. My daughter said the lady who did her nails was really rough. Neither of them spoke to us the entire time, expect when they asked what color we would like. Such a terrible experience all around and I will not return. Service was rushed, sloppy and not what was requested. Nail tech repeatedly said, I'm done, I'm done when questioned about fixing polish that was messed up. She refused to correct the issue and walked away. read more

Had a reservation for a manicure.Nails were very rushed, normally when I've gone to other salons they clip the dead skin if there is any around nails. Nails are normally clipped before being clipped and they usually make sure they are putting the correct size nail on u which also wasn't done, the thumb nails put on are to big. normally there's lotion put on ur hands and upper on, also wasn't done. I normally pay the same amount at other places and there's more service and the time is taken to make sure the nails look nice, it just felt very rushed and the man doing my nails looked distracted the whole time and was talking to other people. For this reason I doubt I will be coming back. The customer service with the price just isn't worth a second trip. Some of my nails just look sloppy. read more

Made an appointment online for 12:30, then called to confirm my appointment, the pricing, and that the discounts they offered online were up to date. Was told $45 for a full set plus 20% off, great! Showed up at 12:31 and didn't get started on until 12:50, my nail tech was late and didn't have anything prepared. I try to be understanding because I am also in the beauty industry. I immediately showed her the picture of how exactly I wanted my nails and she said "oh easy easy" so I'm super excited. I did not get anything that I asked for then was over charged and the discounts were not honored at all. Was charged $55 for a full set "because of the shape" and then the nail tech knew I wasn't happy so she gave me 10% off but with their convenience fees I ended up paying 51$ with no tip. I will attach photos of their website offer and with what I asked for and what I walked out with. I would not recommend this place. 0/10 stars read more

The salon is nice and brand new. It was clean, and I didn't have to wait at all. I went during grand opening, and the owners were nice and courteous. The technician who did my pedicure and manicure was nice, too, but I found both pedicure and manicure underwhelming. She did not use cuticle softener at all during my pedicure or manicure and seemed inexperienced. I will still go back to give this salon another try with a different technician. read more

I called at 7:05 and had a 30 minute drive to get to the salon and they agreed to stay open for me. They took their time as if I were their 1st customer of the day... They also did an excellent job on my pedicure and manicure... THANKS TO ALL OF YOU... read more
