Clean space and friendly staff. They give honest wait time estimates and stick to the appointment time if you made one. Lots of selections and QUALITY powder and supplies. I've been to various salons in town and the quality just isn't there. I'm tough on my hands and if the powder is old or low quality my nails break easily. Not coming here. They last between appointment no problem. Great pedicures as well. I thought I lost something here once and the owner was quick to check video camera (before they were even open) and even sent me screenshots of the video where I had actually put what I thought I lost back in my purse. Turns out I just had too much stuff in my huge bag bc it was there all along. read more

This was my first time going here. I had a pedicure and it was very rushed and bare minimum. He made me feel unwelcome. I won't be going back. read more

Service is great but this is my 3 rd visit and prices have been reasonable until today. I got an acrylic fill and simple basic short French tip. From $55 total last 2 time to $65 this time with charges for "nail art" and "shape" when she just shortened what was already shaped. Makes me want to reconsider coming here. My nails look great but didn't plan on the addition of 10$ that cut into her tip. read more

We chose this salon for our first visit because of its four-star rating. We were greeted right away and seated quickly. The salon was clean, and the staff was friendly. We went in for pedicures, but the pressure to add on more services was a bit much, and "no" wasn't easily accepted. There was a wide range of pedicure options. I chose the $50 deluxe pedicure--typically, that price gets a very thorough service. At this salon, however, the massage only went up to mid-calf, and there was no exfoliation or heel care included at this level. When I asked about it, I was told that heel exfoliation is only included with the highest-tier pedicure. Overall, the service lasted about 20 minutes and included fresh polish and paraffin wax, but it didn't meet expectations for the price. I'll be trying a different salon next time. read more

These are my nails after gel nails. Not only am I follow the steps have have with ALL other gel nails but these nails literally last two days before they start peeling off. I called and went by to have them fix it and they wanted me to reschedule because they were busy. Yeah I don't care I already paid $60 for these and they were for the weekend and were jacked up. So requested a refund nope they would t do that either. This place is the the reason now why I won't be returning to nail salons. Sick of the over charging and the products are crappy. read more

I have been looking for a NEW Nail Salon for a year. I left my Nail Salon of 4 1/2 years after Walk-In's taking priority of Appts. Today Mia did my Pedicure and Kenny did my Fullset of Nails! I loved them both and I am happy with my new nail salon home! read more

I have been going to this nail salon for about a year. My last 2 visits were terrible. 1st bad visit I was told the color I wanted would not show up unless I chose gel. I agree it would have taken a few coats and I have gotten this color previously with no problem, but trying to explain it to the lady didn't work. She made me pick a different color. Even though I chose a middle price package she rushed through the entire pedicure. Which is why she didn't want me to choose a light shade. She wasn't about to take the time for 2 or 3 coats. Second bad visit was my last. I had a gentleman nail tech. He was anything but gentle. He was rough and rude. He asked if I wanted gel after I chose my color. After inquiring about the price I was told $40 extra. I politely declined and said just regular. While he was getting me a hot towel in the back the lady next to me told me the price for gel upgrade was $20 not $40. Then when I went to pay the lady I font of me had a gel pedi and the computer screen showed the $20 upcharge. Confirming what the lady in the next chair said. He tried to rip me off! I work a really physical job and don't make a lot. No way he could have mistaken me for being wealthy. Even if I was the practice of not having a set price is wrong. I will never go back. There are at least 30 salons in Abilene. I will go elsewhere! read more

Great place. Very clean. Friendly service. Owners are good people and they speak good English. I always go here for pedicures and they always do a good job. read more

It was the worst! The guy was rude and roughly handled my feet, even digging his thumb into my ankle. He jerked my feet around and pressured my toes. I almost got up and left but I didn't want to embarrass him. I should have. And then when I paid, he complained that I was reactive to the pain he caused me! Oh hell no! read more

I got the pedicure by walk-in right when they opened. I was surprised they were so quick to get me seated right at opening time even with being busy. The quality of the gel was excellent, and the vibe was very relaxing! Mia was very attentive with the water temperature and was very meticulous with the care of my nails. I will definitely be coming back! read more

Julie and Anna did a fantastic job with the Deluxe mani/pedi. Great environment and very relaxing. I'll be back!!

Super sweet family owned business! They take their time and make sure you get what you want. I love this place so much. Make sure you make a reservation so you can get in and out. If you're a walk-in they will accommodate you as well. I can't get over how nice this place is read more

Super clean! A nail place that ACTUALLY sticks to appointment times. Kenny is the BEST!

Went today and waited a hour for pedicure and the two ladies working next to each other were to involved in talking to one another, skipped on some things on the pedicure. But the nail guy who did my daughters nails offered her extra things and did not tell the up charge or anything and he was so rude huffing and puffing it was not a good experience. He charged her 60.00 it was a joke read more

Best nails in Abilene. I have not been disappointed. It's a relaxing atmosphere and everyone is so considerate of their patrons. I "always" receive compliments on my nails. Thanks Sephora! read more

Best manicure I have ever received, so quick, and the nails were exactly what I requested

Super friendly staff, beautiful salon, complimentary wine, and wonderful service! Staff really took their time ensuring the best quality for my nails and toes. Only complaint is price of service. Was charged $20 for a 10 nail "design" even though four are just glitter on the tip, and $10 for shaping... really should be included in the general charge for the nails. Other than that, really loved Sophora Nails! Just gotta come prepared to spend $$. Thank you for my beautiful set. read more

I always get great service when I go. Sonny and Tiffany are great and have a very good staff. Definitely recommend.

I don't understand these high reviews. I went here because my regular place couldn't get me in for awhile and I read really good reviews. I show them what I was asking for. I really don't think it was complicated compared to a pic I saw on their page. It should have been cake. I'm sure it was something they do every day! It was just an ombré design! I had 4 diff nail techs sit in front of me.. 4! Why?! Then while I'm sitting there it's obvious they were talking about me and the design but talking in their own language and laugh. I was uncomfortable from the get go. The girl told me they couldn't even do the nail shape I was asking for (which was Almond.) That she couldn't make them as "pointed" as in pic. I said that was fine but what I ended up with were almost oval! Why can't a highly rated place do a simple nail shape?! I will NEVER EVER go back there. I wouldn't EVER send a friend/stranger there. They weren't friendly in my opinion at all. Nobody likes to be talked about right in front of you. As far as price, ridiculous! It was more than I paid for my pedicure at my other place! I couldn't believe it was $65 for dip + ombré! I didn't even get tips, was just on my regular nails! This would've cost me $50-$55 at my regular place. My fault of course for not asking first. read more

Okay seriously Abilene, you've finally impressed me! I've tried other salons around town for pedis and left feeling underwhelmed. I type this as I'm still sitting here enjoying an amazing pedicure.
