I had forgotten that I was paying with a return credit slip and mentioned that it was a complicated return policy, as I got out the return ticket he mentioned that it was meant to be difficult so as to deter customers from returning items. I than said to him that that wasn't good for customer relations to which he uttered "you can always shop somewhere else!" I couldn't believe what I had just heard... I'm a retired produce manager who worked for over 38 years serving the public and have received 20 Outstanding Service Awards! Had I ever spoken to customers like Terry did I would have been reprimanded and or fired! I saw several people, all burly looking unkempt men strutting around not wearing masks. I saw some pass employees & no one said anything. This Bi-mart is right next to an assisted living retirement home & a lot of elderly folks come in here. There weren't many there when I was there so either they're not shopping, are having relatives shop for them, or go there right when the store opens, when the burly men are still asleep. I feel bad for the elderly & sick.

We didn't see any employees pumping gas while we were there. They have snack and beverage vending machines available as well. Overall, we got what we needed, gas! The pump we used had a crappy lever on it. It kept clicking off like the tank was full, but we only had about a quarter tank when we stopped in. We ended up putting $80 of gas in the tank, but had to hold the pump lever the entire fill-up. A bit annoying.

There's a bus stop right out front of the store. There are handicapped spaces available, the door isn't automatic. The women's restroom is handicapped accessible. One of the best things that this Bi-Mart had was it's pharmacy. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they knew what they were doing and the line moved fast. That's one thing I miss about this Bi-Mart. The staff throughout the store are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They allow service dogs and service dogs in training. The store is always clean and inviting with a great selection of products. If you want or need it, they've probably got it.

This isn't a store for all as some of the items may turn a stomach or two. Lots of antique and vintage skulls, sculptures, lots of Victorian period items, weird medical devices that were used somewhere at sometime. My mouth did drop open a time or two while browsing. I understand that they make their own candles which made the store smell delightful. Pricing is fair for most items. I did end up with a couple of prized possessions. I saw that they perform tarot readings in the back of the store for a fee. Service was friendly and helpful. If I lived here I know I would probably be a regular shopper here.
