Everyone is so nice and helpful! Their prices beat those in other stores in valley. Conveniently located and lots of parking.

After reading some of the negative reviews, our "posse of two" out-of-towners tiptoed in, fully expecting to lose our heads, or other essential bodily pieces. And found the staff to be welcoming, helpful, and polite. And all reminding us that we didn't need "no stinking badges" to shop(listen up, Costco!) Found everything we needed, and on our merry way. This store in many ways is a throwback to days before the advent of Costco, Home Despot, and BLowe's. Fills a real need in the community. Hater's be H8'n, we'll be back! read more

EVERY single time I've had the displeasure of needing to shop here, the cashiers are rude and nasty. I've decided to stop being friendly as it isn't worth my time. Today I asked how the cashier's day was going (trying to be friendly and courteous) the response was "What does that have to do with anything?" 10-26-21 I was so happy to find on Yelp that this drugstore was opening at 8 a.m. and the closest to our hotel at Lincoln City. Cuz of my stomach episode I was in dire need of Imodium cuz the drive back to Portland was over two hours in the wind and rain. Rarely saw any rest stops like other road trips so I was more than worried. Picked up Tums, mint Mentos, a bottle of water and a bag of women's protection just in case. I forgot about the ginger ale. Fortunately Looking Glass Inn had bananas and apple juice on their comp continental breakfast spread. That Imodium soft blueish gel tabs is remarkable stuff!!! It went to work immediately. No one needs to be miserable while travelling. read more

Reminds me of a KMart, which was the OG of lower cost big box stores - nothing fancy. No target / Fred Meyers signage or advertising. Big selection of all things for the home, electronics, household storage, nice selection of beauty and health items. Our amazing buy this time was an external Samsui monitor that helpful salesman Terry helped us with. It was an EXCELLENT buy - and we love it so much that members of the family are fighting to use it. IMO Bi-Matt is somewhat limited on women's clothing ... but that's not why we go. Their customer service is great, I can usually call in to see if they carry an item before I go. Helpful store staff once I do get to the store. The store is super clean. Lots of parking. You do need a membership card to shop here - but my guess is that you can probably sign up on line or in-store. Love that the store is employee owned! We go every time we are down at the beach - so that says something. read more

John the assistant manager is very rude and short with customers and also follows you around the store making customers feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome we will not be back to this bimart :( read more

Was in a couple weeks ago looking for a few small items. One of them was a lint roller. After unsuccessfully finding it on my own, I asked the cashier at the 7th station. She wandered around and had no luck, either. I finally went up front where 3 employees were standing around talking and asked. I was told the lousy ones were on aisle 19. The good ones were out of stock, but some great ones were on the pet aisle. I didn't see them at all on 19, so I ventured to the pet area. Most employees as I walked around the store, up and down the aisles, ignored me. Didn't greet me. Didn't talk to me. I went back towards the front desk and one of the 3 that was up there meandered through housewares and into hardware. He literally walked away from me all the way over to the axes on the back wall. I guess he didn't want to help. He was a younger kid. I finally tacked down a woman in a red jacket vest that took me over to the lousy rollers (which were just fine). Thankfully she was ther3 or I wouldn't have founs them. She was in the clothing area. It is a good thing I am not a secret shopper or I woule have failed this store really fast. They eirher didn't know wherw things were or they were unhelpful in finding it, leaving me to go look on my own. When I did try to track help down, they walked away as about as far as possible. This was about 6pm on a Friday and obviously most of them were counting down the hours to go home. The 2nd star is for the one woman who did walk me over to where the product was and was very nice. read more

Typical Bi-Mart, asked for membership card at entrance. This location was busy at the time of our shopping. Most of the employees were busy assisting customers. Seemed like a friendly group of employees. Good place to stop for those unique things. read more

I shop and spend quite a bit of money at bimart but every time I turn in cans and a older lady named Taylor is working I feel that she makes me feel like a criminal this time it was I need to see your cans after I just counted them because the can machine was out of order another time I went over by three cans and got the third degree basically just wish she wasn't so grochie every time read more

Several small duel humidifiers sitting on a shelf with regular price $39.00+ and a sale tag of $7.49. Asked the bimart worker if that was right she said yes they have had this inventory for some time. Put one in my cart. The cashier and manager said neither could honor that price. Absolutely 5 stars! The customer service was excellent and so friendly. Visiting from out of town and I remembered hubby having a membership from 20 ish years ago. Customer Service was able to look him up and advise on next steps to get the address updated and me added. Was about to pay my own $5 membership (shopping opportunity / prices for LC was awesome for some needs in our vacation rental) and they let me shop without a membership (because this is a tourist town). Don't want to get them in trouble but everything I experienced was awesome! read more

Omg you've got to transfer your prescriptions here. I filled a prescription here yesterday (a pill everyone should take) and Walgreens wanted $149 - bi-mart filled it for $29!!! And they were so fast and kind. You've got my business bi-mart. And you can become a life long member for $5. But they were out of toilet paper..... read more

Bi-Mart relocated to this location behind the Tanger Outlets and built from scratch in 2011. Former Lighthouse Square tenant Goodwill joined them nearby. Bi-Mart is a locally-headquartered (Eugene, OR) alternative to other big box retailers such as Walmart or Fred Meyer and drug stores such as Walgreens or Rite-Aid. The store isn't open super late but is open 7 days a week and has a broad selection of merchandise at fair prices. Most employees are full-time and the company is employee-owned. Bi-Mart is our "go-to" store here in Lincoln City! Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. A little bit of everything. Most of my trips are for hardware, pet supplies and kitchen/bedding items. In Spring - plants and garden supplies! Bi-Mart is our department store here at the beach. Gotta have it!!! read more

For being a coastal native, Lincoln city Bimart has a decent selection for a coastal community! And I will continue to shop there
