Selection is eclectic in a good way, just like thrift shopping you have to go in with low expectations and you will find gems. I'm not saying that the quality is low, more to say that you will be surprised about what you are able to find and you will go home pleased with your findings. Ended up picking up bar stools for a fraction of the cost at any of the store nearby, and even ikea. We love them and have come back many times for various other furniture. I don't come in with any thoughts about what I might want, and I always leave feeling content.

When a customer walks in, hang up your phone and stay in the background when the customer need help. Pay attention but don't bug the people about helping. If they need help they will ask for it. My experience in two stores were five star-plus. Waldport store has PRO sales people and lots of good selection, reasonable prices. I buy many things there to furnish home(s) and stage it for Real Estate sale. My own 5,000 Sf Ft home is furnished with their products. May not be top of the line but reasonably priced and good quality. Their 8X10 rugs are one of the best buy. Well made, stylish and many design available. Last time I bought three of these to partially cover a large wood flooring and give it a nice look. Sometime the best time to buy is Sunday, when not many people in the store and I can make a 'deal' if I buy more than two rugs the same time. Be friendly and the staff will work with you on pricing. The only issue I have with the stores, they can not get more of the same design in the rugs. They are shipped random numbers and styles. So, go and visit the Newport or Waldport stores. I have not been in the Lincoln City stores yet and have no opinion. Maybe a few weeks later I'll check it out.
