My favorite was the brisket, it's my first, I'm used to California bbqs Tri-tip, prime rib, filet mignon and T-bone steaks. Never realized what a real bbq brisket was, always saw it on TV, but this was the real deal. Naturally the other meats were great, but the brisket takes the cake. Once I passed and saw they were open and decided to get an extra pound of smoked pork from here as well. It has changed in a drastic way. the "smoked" pork now has an ever intrusive taste of liquid smoke, to the point we threw most of it away (that is a real bad sign at my house.)
