Stopped by this diner on 14 on my way to Wisconsin. Great food. I ordered the dinner beef stir fry and it was simply amazing, fresh veggies, steak was perfectly cooked, and the soup is out of this world. Very friendly staff, they genuinely care how your day is, opposed to staff who hate to be at there jobs. These gems are fading away. I'm just glad there's a few left. Will definitely be back. Sorry Erin, but I've been eating here for years and you're entirely wrong. The soups are homemade every single day and let me just add they are MIND BLOWING!! Great food and even better service. Very clean, bread is wrapped individually so they are never reused! Haven't had a single bad experience at this little hometown gem:) I have traveled to several different locations and let me just say it's hard to find this kind of quality at a local family diner.
