If I am ever in the Worcester area I will always stop in here for a chicken parm sub. Tax included less than 8. Sauce and bread they use are top notch. They are also very accurate on the wait time. Just wanted to update to say the meatball parm sub is also excellent read more

Ive been ordering for Years but the past year their just going down hill, this is the last time I order, they Pulled my last Straw, I ordered an Italian sub, I wanted it with Extra pickles and America cheese and bread not toasted, my sub comes toasted with NO PICKLES WHICH I LOOK FORWARD TO WITH A SANDWHICH, And provolone cheese which irritated my stomach. I am just fed up every time it's something and I keep trying to give them another chance. read more

I have been ordering from Kelley Square Pizza for years. The food is always good and the delivery guys are polite, friendly and always accommodating. read more

There are few things more simple or satisfying than picking up a buffalo chicken pizza from KSP and eating it at a nearby dive bar. Is it the best pizza ever? No, but its dirt cheap and still tastes pretty good. read more

I have had nothing but good experiences with Kelley Square. Food has always been great the owner George has given back to the community in so many ways providing meals for hospital workers and law enforcement. read more

Kelley Square Pizza makes the best pizza in Worcester. They are a great, locally owned small business that supports the community. Every time I order I receive excellent service and fast, safe delivery. read more

Broccoli balls are to die for, same for the motz sticks. Staff is always super friendly when you call too! Pizza is amazing!

This can be classified as food but I can't give it much more than that. One star for being open late on a Monday and zero stars for the enjoyability of the food. Meatball sub features low quality meatballs cut in half w bitter sauce...you know what? Nevermind, this place isn't even worth me reviewing. read more

Worst service. Even though my condo is very close to Kelly Square Pizza I have been avoiding going there because the last 4 times they messed up my order. They either forgot to make it or made the wrong thing. I was in a rush today and figured I would give them 1 last chance. I thought to myself how could they mess up again! So I ordered a pizza today, once I arrived to pick it up they looked at me cluelessly when I said I called in a buffalo chicken pizza. He opened the oven and said, "I have to remake this its burnt badly". I had to be at work and did not have extra time to wait around, I told him forget about. Total waste of time for sub par food. read more

Really tasty eggplant parm subs. Super accommodating and friendly staff. This is a go to whenever we are in Worcester!

Probably the worst service I've ever been given. Waited an hour for my order. Then when I called to ask where it was the guy on the phone said my order was still in the oven. 10 minutes later the delivery guy James arrives but forgets my drink. Comes back with my cold pizza 10 minutes later. I will no longer support this business. read more

# 12 on the Worcester Pizza quest Kelley Square pizza is a place you drive by every time if you drive in and around Kelley square. I called up the order and a very friendly voice answered the phone who was very accommodating. I ordered a large half mushroom and half cheese large pizza and fries. Parking is a little difficult in that area but that is expected because of all the traffic that goes through that area. As you walk in you will notice this is a rundown old pizza shop that must have served the area for years. A very pleasant man took my money and gave me the pizza and fries. With his happy to see you smile gave the place even though it is run down a homey feeling. Now to the pizza, I got it home and opened the box, the look of the pizza gives you a humdrum feeling. It doesn't seem to entice you into thinking you just ordered a delicious pizza. This was a very good size pizza and had plenty of toppings, good cheese and mushroom amount. This is the bready type pizza. Taking a bite you, you feel the same way as you when you looked at the pizza, humdrum. The pizza was cooked perfectly had a nice crust for the bready style they used a low moister cheese and the sauce was never really noticed. I would have to say this is just an average every day pizza, it was not a bad pizza but nothing you would drive to the other side of the city for. I guess if you live in the area and didn't want to travel this would be ok for a pizza. read more

This place has become such a disappointment. The quality has gone down hill since it's changed management. The pizza doesnt taste like it used to. Used to be my favorite spot. read more

The only reason why this place is getting a single star is because the customer service was the only thing enjoyable about this pizza experience. After a night out bar hopping with my friends, I got a SMALL honey bbq pizza and for $9.25 you get a bland, funky tasting pizza that not even drunk people around Kelley's sqaure would even find enjoyable. It's unfortunate because they sit at such a great location amongst the nightlife, with college kids trying to get some munchies after a night out. Kelley Sqaure Pizza step up your game! read more

They are overwhelmed just answering the phones, your points just disappear you never get "a free pizza" as explained very greasy owner claims a calzone has sauce in it has been making it that way for 30 yrs... he's been doing it wrong apparently when he's selling Stromboli's! A calzone has sauce on the side not in it a Stromboli has sauce inside read more

I got ordered a spinach pizza here last Saturday. While I waited (10 min), the staff was extremely friendly and chatted w me. The pizza was delicious. read more

The pizza is pretty good, and they're open until 1:30 which is important. The pizza is so, so reasonable but some of their other menu items are way overpriced. The $6 Caesar salad is romaine lettuce with grated Parmesan and Ken's dressing, so skip it. Large sandwiches max out at around $7.50 and large pizzas max out at around $9, which is crazy reasonable in comparison. Check them out for your late night spot. read more

Old school pizza it's my go to for one of the best around friendly people always come around from the counter to say hello

Omg!!! I just had a delivery from Kelley's Pizza Place....it is so so good!! The Steak and Cheese Pizza is the best I ever had and let me tell you the Veal Parm Sub melts in your mouth...there Marinara Sauce is delish...the lady taking my order was so sweet and the delivery driver was so nice and said he will delivery to my address anytime and it was not to far....great place I wish I could give more stars. read more

Not the greatest pizza joint in Worcester, but still a good, hot, quality pizza or grinder every time we ordered.

Excellent pizza, excellent service! Great local business serving the community (a quality I find important!) Not a national chain, so it has that real pizza taste to it! The food was wonderful, exactly how I wanted it both times I ordered, tasted amazing, delivery was amazingly fast! Can't say enough good things! Highly recommend and I will be using them again in the future! read more

I've really only had their pizza, but I love it. It's my favorite pizza in Worcester! The people are friendly, delivery doesn't take too long. Definitely suggest giving them a try. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I told my girlfriend that I was totally in to trying butt stuff with her and was really looking forward to it. I was entirely displeased at my ignorance in regards to which butt was being experimented with. Thankfully, through hard times like this I have Kelley Square Pizza ready to make me feel better at the drop of a hat; even late! The only bad experience I've had with Kelley Square was their hummus, and I've learned to forgive them. Other than that, great place to order from after having a long, hard day in your life! read more

I ordered my food at 6pm and it's been 2 hours and still not here. I called to see where it was and he told me it was on it's way. I called AGAIN 30 minutes later and he told me they were waiting for the delivery driver to pick it up. If you're gonna lie to your customers at least make sure you stick to the lie. I live I kid you not 5 minutes away and only ordered a cheese pizza and a calzone. This doesn't even deserve one star but that isn't an option. read more

Theyre food is great, if your picking up your order only. Always wait over 2 hours for delivery & when food arrives always cold. Voiced my complaint to the pizzeria. There were 5 drivers on with 2 hour delivery wait WHAT!? Manager had nothing to say just hung up on me smh UNACCEPTABLE! My & i will not be ordering here again. read more

Delivery took 1 hr 30 min, and the pizza was far from hot. Was told I would get credit for their mishap and was hung up on. When I called for it, the people refused. Rude and unprofessional, do not order here. read more

The food is great however the last 2 times I ordered something was wrong. On Sun I ordered a sub and some buffalo wings the sub was great (as always) but the wings weren't buffalo they were regular wings. I called and they brought me the buffalo wings I had ordered. Today when I got home from work I didn't feel like cooking so I ordered a sub and a side online. The order was placed online and per the tracker was out for delivery for about 30 minutes before it got here. The driver called me when he was on my street I directed him to my house the food was cold when he handed it to me so I refused it and told him I wasn't taking it or paying for it. He insisted that it wasn't his fault but I only live half a mile from the place......Like I said the food is great if you can pick it up I recommend doing so..... I just ordered from Uncle Sam's so I guess I'll see if it's better read more

I ordered from here because I was sick of Golden Pizza I gave it a chance, easy to order online, delivery guy was so sweet and thanked me for ordering from them- cheap, sub came with chips a nice plus and bread was soft, sub was great. Ill order again. read more

What a quaint little pizza parlor. When you walk in the smell of the pizza is amazing. We decided to dine in and the staff was great. My husband ordered a large cheese pizza and I ordered the baked ziti. Our food came out in good time and is some of the best food I have ever had. I am not a huge fan of pizza but there was some absolutely amazing about the crust on this one. My only criticism is that they can not deliver to my home in Indiana. read more

So disappointed in the way my wife was yelled at and argued with over a pizza ask for pepperoni pizza got a cheese pizza she calls back to tell them we didn't get what I ordered there must be a mistake told them we want the pepperoni pizza and I will pay the difference. So I'm waiting for my food and 45 min pass we call back to ask where's the pizza and I can not believe that he never intended to send the pizza so I go to get the pizza and I get soggie cold uncooked pepperoni pizza. These guys are the best hands down! Best pizza and broccoli cheeseballs in the world!

Kelley Square Pizza has terrible customer service. I ordered the same thing I have gotten the last 3 times I ordered from them. A Chicken & cheese quesadilla well done. Today the send me my order but added onions & peppers that I didn't order. The guy on the phone when I called asked if I clicked on it for an option when I ordered. I did not, he asked how much I had eaten and said to return the rest because I only took one bite (gross). Its not on my receipt, and its not an option on their online ordering system to add peppers & onions to a quesadilla. It already took an hour for my food delivery. Now I will have to wait longer for my food. I will not order from them again. read more

pizza was terrible, ordered a steak & cheese sub, GROSS lettuce was brown and the sub overall was flavorless

While this place is nothing fancy, they make a solid pie. It is Greek pizza in typical New England fashion. The crust is crunchy, and it is greasy in a good way from all the cheese. 2 large pizzas for 13 bucks, last time I ordered from here. Not a bad deal for a reliably great couple of pizzas. read more

Delivery was 45 min, not bad . Broccoli cheese poppers were awesome , meatball sub was nothing special , tasted like frozen meatballs that sit in a water warmer , not much meat , sauce was ok as was the bread. All restaurants should make there own meatballs, I judge a establishment on there Italian sub, meatballs and cheese pizza . So far not impressed but will try again . This is just my opinion and you may enjoy . 3 stars read more

Iv gave this place multiple tries. I got sick every time I ate here. Every time I get something from here it's disgusting. I bought a meat lover pizza and it tasted like complete poop. Way too much ground beef and the pizza is never fully cooked. Just awful. read more

It has that good greasy Greek pizza that's common in town pizza house places. I happen to love that kind of pizza so this place is great.

frequently order salad for delivery from Kelly Pizza. The order always arrives on time and I can place the order online and pay online as well. It is convenient and fast. And top of all this, my chicken grilled salad with ranch dressing is delicious, satisfying and made with many ingredients. The chicken is grilled perfectly and sliced so I can eat without any mess at my work. The bread slices that come along with my salad is great as well. Thank you Kelly Square Pizza. read more
