Server was fast and friendly but didn't get my order right. Order italian sub with just pickles, tomatoes, and onions and got mostly lettuce- which i didn't ask for- and a skimpy amount of other ingredients. Went on a lunch break and went off prior yelp reviews. Very disappointing. Won't be in any rush to come back read more

I should have left when the place was empty, not real mushrooms, canned not real crust, pre-prepped, this place is a simulation, they don't even have iced tea, the people are nice, but what else is new Now I will try the pizza... It was OK looking and tasting out of the oven, but there was a tiny fly, attempting to get in there, and late night drunk pizza is not ever good read more

Food is awful ordered a pizza extra cooked not even close then the owner is rude boycott the place

Yup. Yes. Soooo much YES! The pizza is on POINT, with the tastiest, most buttery crust. The sauce is robust and the pizza, overall, is surprisingly delicious. Subs?? Again...so much yes. Not sure if they use fresh rolls but they definitely taste fresh! And when you air fry the leftovers??? So crispy! Wings are fantastic. Jalapeño poppers were creamy and crispy. Calzones are OOUT OF THIS WORLD! Ummm- I won't order local again now that I know that they deliver through DoorDash. Food still comes hot, fresh and amazing even after the 18 min delivery time. I can only imagine how fresh it would be if we ate in-store! read more

The pizza here hit the spot late night after we attended a wedding nearby! The guy running the shop is super nice and accommodating, if we lived nearby we'd be coming back We ordered our pepperoni pizza extra crispy and that made the crust so nice and toasty (we brought one to a friend and they also enjoyed the crust) read more

imagine waiting an hour and 15 minutes for soggy fries an d a soggy sandwich. Why cook food, you know wont be delivered warm?! My food was cold, not a crunch anywhere, couldnt tell the sandwhich was requested to be toasted and came with a load of onions after specifically asking NO ONION ( its on the receipt ) its just sad that fast food cost so much and they give you whatever they decide WHEN they decide. First time trying them, and it will be my LAST ! P.S you could atleast salt and pepper the chicken & fries .. BLAND BLAND BLAND !!! thank God i have an airfrier ! read more

As someone who struggles finding the tuna sandwich that is made well and yummy, this place is a winner. It's all I can speak to. All I've tried. For me, it has to be good white tuna with enough Mayo but not too much, and has to be well blended. Please don't change. It's really a lot harder to find than you think. Highly recommend. And so far, the staff I've met and the owner have been so friendly and accommodating. Thumbs up you guys. As far as ambience, it's a classic New England pizza parlor . read more

If I could give it a ZERO I would. I'm a reasonable person but for over 9 bucks before tax, this was the worst chicken finger dinner in the city... They said the serving size was four tenders and a small french fry. That's odd? Because all I see here is 3 1/2 tenders and a handful of fries. No I'm serious literally a handful of fries. When do you order something like chicken fingers and fries and can immediately see the bottom of the Styrofoam once you open it? Look at the fries, severely over cooked and refried. And that one green looking one? What is that?!? I am highly disappointed And baffled that local pizza shops still act like they should not correct order when you're unhappy. When you go to a restaurant and you do not like what you were served they will take it back fix it or get you something else. Period! read more

I saw this on Facebook. Please support this place! ""I'm at Kelley square pizza waiting for my pizza to cook, and this little crippled old guy comes in. He's leaning on this makeshift cane and wearing two coats. His hands are trembling and he's wondering who is managing. The man behind the counter replies, and without hesitation tells the other kid to stop cleaning ( they close at 130) The elderly man asks if there's anything that would be thrown out he could buy cheap. The manager then tells the kid to make this man whatever he wants. I just want everyone to know that during these tough and crazy times where others in the world are out to hurt and kill, theres still a lot of good. There's a lot of great. Start with yourselves. Open a door, pay for a coffee, pass on some food, donate to something, thank a vet, hang out with the elderly. Anything." Credit: Mike Alexander read more

Inflation is one thing, price gouging is another and that's what is happening with this place. $20.00 to get a salad delivered and the deaf delivery driver tries to rip you off when you pay with credit card, adds his own tip in and doesn't let you sign. Plus quality has gone way down hill. Too bad, I used to really like the place, no more.... read more

This is the last time I'm frequenting Kelly Sq Pizza. It's too inconsistent with the food. I had a italian and there was hardly any meat in it. For $9 it was a rip off. If I wanted lettuce, tomatoes and onions only I would of asked for it. I know you are there to make money but come on! I'll stick to Steve's Pizza where the Italian sandwich is huge and like $8. read more

Sometimes good, sometimes not. I liked the Kelley square special pizza as well as the calzone. Today I tried a plain cheese calzone and it was loaded with grease. I mean like a ton. On top of that one of the workers was unnecessarily rude to my friend when he complained about them giving him olives on the side when he said he only wanted a little olives on his grinder. His exact words were "I'm sorry you couldn't put the olives on by yourself." No need for that please! read more

Worst place in Kelly Sq! I have gone there a few times, out of convenience. I used to live in the area, and went there many, many times, as a teen. Nothing special, nothing really to complain about, THEN. The place is HORRIBLE now! Horrible food, horrible pizza. No flavor to it. The crust is so hard. My son had to use a handful of napkins to sop it up, when I took him after a Sox game, and he's 7. I really believe they add extra! At no charge! I ordered an Italian, no onions. Simple, right? I get home, only to onions. I called to complain, and was told I could order another, or remove the onions myself. Thanks for the advise. No apologies, nothing. I didn't even finish my sentence, before I was hung up on.I don't know if it's under new ownership, or what, as I could not even find out who exactly owns the buisness. No one there is professional, and they seem to have a high turn over rate because I did not see one familiar face! That being said, I can see why though. I've been 4 times in the passed year, the last being last week. The menu never changes, nothing healthy, nothing new, since 16 years ago! I think Coca Cola must own it, bc Pepsi products are gone, and there are so many Coke signs on the building, so that's changed. The place is filthy ( the same dust, Ill bet!) Not an inviting atmosphere,at all. In the summer, its so hot, and smokey, you have to stand outside. The dust, and grease on everything is horrid. The bread is stale, and crumbles with each bite. Hardly any meat on the subs. And theyre NOT cheap. I don't know if he was an employee, or the GM, but the way he spoke to his coworkers, was just embarrassing. And the cursing.. thank God my son was not with me. Definitely NOT family friendly. Evening, or afternoon, its unacceptable. While at the counter, I got some sort of I don't even know what on my sweater. Another time, it was so smoke filled, I had to go home, and wash my clothing! For a take out order! I really feel sorry for the employees though. They seem to work very hard, but no one deserves to be spoke to, the way I was over hearing. Awful. Ambiance? Bickering employees, grease and smoke! I honestly don't know how they stay in buisness. When I asked who the owner was, after having my clothing ruined, the employee, told me he cant tell me that, to call the next morning. I tried to look for who actually owns the place to complain, to no avail. I would not claim this buisness, either. I can only imagine what the kitchen must look like. The workers weren't even in any type of uniform. No one wears gloves, or masks, or name tags, so you don't even know who youre speaking to. All I can say is NO. I figured, with the new uprising of Kelly Sq, and the BEAUTIFUL new stadium, this place may have upgraded, but no, it seems to be WORSE. If I'm in the area, or going to work, I now go to Subway! Which, at first, I thought had closed, but they are open, and SO, SO much cleaner! I was greated with a big smile, the employee washed and dried her hands, before putting on gloves ( thank goodness!) Such a breath of fresh air, compared to what they are doing over at KSP. It must have sold to a new owner, because there's no way the owners are around much, the way the place is being run. I came on to read other reviews, thinking maybe I just had bad luck, and I have never felt compelled to write a review, but here I am! And there I go, as a former customer. Too bad, too, because with the new ball park, it would be great for a family, to have a meal before, or after a game..but, save yourself the $$. There are much better place popping up around there often. Never again, KSP!! Do better! read more

Food is fair. Customer service is horrible. I wouldn't use a credit card here. They will overcharge, and do nothing to fix it except continually tell you to call back and be rude. read more

I have never had their food but their delivery girl (Spanish women in a red car) is very rude. She arrived on my property to deliver to one of my tenants. She decided to park right at the entrance to the parking lot and block me and one of my employees in and stop my customers from access to my parking lot. When I politely asked her not to park there again she said it shouldn't matter because she was just doing a delivery and she wasn't going to move. She then said if I ask her nicely she would move the car. 5 minutes later I am still waiting for her to leave. After she took her time to complete her transaction and as she drove away she rolled her window down and said, "Trust me, I know where you live!" read more

On a recent visit, while visiting family from out of town, I had placed an order and was met by a delivery driver who took note of my thin blue line sticker. Feeling groggy, he then told me this company does jot support ACAB (police) and proceeded to cancel my order and told me to leave. As a retired military person, I support all first line responders and this left a really bad taste in my mouth. Not the food because I never got to taste it, but the personal political or emotional reviews of an employee who didn't like a sticker. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! Find better. read more

I recently relocated from Boston and found my way to this establishment.Mind you I'm a retired Chef of working 23+yrs in Boston. I inquired about an Italian sub (as several locals use bologna) and was pleasantly surprised the cold cuts were of Italian variety. I ordered my sandwich(the works) and also a steak bomb.I'm compelled to say a gent name Lous was very attentive to my questions and another employee Cliff nailed my order. The hearty steak bomb was rather meaty and the ingredients were incorporated perfectly(although perhaps a bit more mushrooms). Unequivocally I shall return to this no-shrills,old school restaurant and try more dishes.Nice touch w/free chips w/the subs. Cheers read more

I enjoy their food but the last 3 times I ordered it was a joke. 1st time driver refused to come to my door told me to come out which I am unable to so ha drove off. The manager then delivered my food it was cold but I was happy I had my food. Order next time.. never submitted by the person that took the order. After waiting an 15 minutes less than 2 hours I called. Then manager says he'll make the order bc it wasn't I was waiting for something that never came. Waited another hour; and when the order came it was cold and wrong. Then I called and they wouldn't answer my phone number, so I called from another phone and 1st ring they answer. I explain they made it wrong with something I'm allergic to and the manager said he'd remake it. I told him I just want my money back because at this point it's ridiculous. Been over 45 minutes and the driver still hasn't come with my money. Now they've wasted about 4 hours of my night. The foods good but they need to get their shit together. How do the keep screwing it up every time. read more

My wife, daughter and I dropped by Kelly's on October 2, quite honestly by mistake. We were looking for another establishment, couldn't find it and ducked in to Kelley's Pizza. Short on atmosphere but long on quality and value. We ordered two individual pizzas to eat in and one to go and were told that we would get a fourth pizza for free. The crust was wonderdully crisp and the toppings were extremely generous. It was a great value as well. We will definitely return. read more

I used to love them but suddenly they started slacking on everything .. I ordered a grilled chicken sub and mozzarella sticks and after TWO hours my food finally came. I am not even exaggerating I called at 6:50 pm and the driver called my phone at 8:51. I am truly disappointed , my sub wasn't made correctly , I didn't get the extra sauce I asked for and my food is luke warm... hate to say it but I definitely will be not ordering from them again. read more

I came here because I heard its the 'original greek pizza' of Worcester. I am something of a Greek Pizza (or Pan Pizza) snob. The standard is set really high with two places, Northborough House of Pizza and Jimmy's Pizza of Worcester. The pizza came out fast. Clerk was helpful, and told me about some ways to save there. The pizza was the problem. I got a small mushroom and i found the pizza to be bland, the mushrooms weren't integrated in the cheese, just tossed on top, and the crust wasn't bubbly or flavorful. Setting is non-descript. You will most likely hear a car accident in Kelly Square, the cities weirdest intersection. Remember kids, close your eyes and hit the gas pedal in Kelly Square. You'll make it, I promise. Location stinks to park in. These guys need to inject a bit of passion in the cooking. read more

This used to be a pizza place I would avoid because of the expensive prices. However, over the last few months this has become my go-to pizza place out of all the places to choose from in the Vernon Hill area. We often order large cheese with sausage and extra cheese and are never disappointed. KSP is generous in their toppings, and their crust is absolutely delicious! I also enjoy that the pizza is not swimming in sauce like it does when we order from other places. We have tried their French fries, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks in the times that we have tried and all are delicious! I highly recommend KSP! read more

I order all the time but not anymore. My order horribly done wrong. How do you screw up tuna? They did. I paid for extra pickles I got 6 slices total per man who refused to give me name said that is all you get, I paid 1.95 for 3 slices small pickles. No offer to switch sandwiches gave me tons of onions when I said hold onion. Man who answered spoke no English slammed phone on counter.
