Two years ago, I had an electrical problem with my pool equipment. Lance came out later that day, made the repair, and had my pool back and running in less than 30 minutes. Yesterday, I called Certified Pools because the heater on my spa was not working. I left a message but Debbie called me back within 10 minutes. She scheduled an appointment for the following day. Sure enough, Lance showed up right away and had the heater going within 30 minutes.
