After leaving a 1 star review of service, my husband was contacted by Paul Higgenbotham. He was very professional and explained what was perceived as rude was in actuality a misunderstanding. The sales lady was speaking to another person, out of the line of sight of my husband, which my husband assumed was to him. Trinity Valley Pool has always been friendly and helpful. This was a complete misunderstanding on our part. Thank you for taking the time to call us and explain with the offer of the video. Most places would not have made contact. read more

Always friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Never in a rush and always willing to take beginners step by step. No pressure to buy their products but I've found their products are much better than what are available at WalMart. We drive about 30 min just to come here. Well worth the drive! read more

Trinity Valley Pools bought out Blue Haven and thank goodness! Paul Higginbotham is a saint for taking over that wreck of a company. The Blue Haven Corporate office and Paul were very fair to us in resolving the multiple issues and mistakes made on our pool and deck area. I cannot tell you how happy we have been with the service of Trinity Valley Pools. Please do not judge them on the new name associated with a poorly run franchise. The Trinity folks and the quality of work are everything you would expect from a pool company. Fair, honest and skilled workers. So happy they were able to make our pool the dream we envisioned it to be. read more

Trinity valley built our pool a couple of months ago. I just wanted to say they are the BEST people I have ever dealt with!! I changed the design bout 3 times which caused Randy Glenn a lot of work. Didn't seem to bother him a bit! Nicest person and so helpful. The workers at trinity are amazing. The whole time people were working on different things they were here overseeing. Even the owner videotaped the spraying of the gunite cause we were out of town and that was something I really wanted to see! I was soooo fortunate that Chad was the person that oversaw everything for me. Bless his heart for having to put up with me. Another AMAZING person! I highly recommend this WONDERFUL company. Even the people at the store locations are great. I buy all my chemicals there! I enjoy going there just to visit. read more

I just have to tell you about last weekend. My daughter was having a pool party at the house on Saturday afternoon and I was having trouble balancing the chemicals in the pool. Not the first time!! I went by the store in Bullard that morning early and ran in to the Paul the owner. He is an incredible guy! I told him my trouble and he insisted on coming out to the house to help me save the day. Paul the owner of the company spent close to 2 hours at my house on a Saturday. You tell me what other business owner is committed to his customers like that. Thank you Paul and thanks to Trinity Valley / Blue Haven Pools! I'm telling you the right man is at the helm of this fine East Texas company! read more

I have know PAUL the owner of trinity valley pools for over 20 years and he is always the same. He is a great and caring guy. I don't know anything about blue haven pools except that PAUL has now purchased it. But I can assure you PAUL will take care of you. Trinity Valley Pools have very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful staff. They have all supplies to maintain your pool water, testing facilities and parts and accessories. In addition, they are experts at design and building pools. You will find some of the prettiest paving stones for your Patio or pool surround, with a extra large selection. read more
