I called and was told this would be remedied, but they have failed to show up FIVE times -so still with no gutters on one side of the house and am afraid all of the gutters will fall down. I feel stupid for being so gullible thinking this was a reputable company- being strung alone by the lie they would repair the damage. I have no choice but to seek legal recourse- like many, I don't have money to just throw away. I work too hard. The owner of the company contracts out the work and does nothing to make sure the work is done correctly. My gutters were installed incorrectly. I'll start with small claims court and I will continue to fight until I die- I work too hard for my money...

MyGuy converted a bedroom into a formal dining room, opening the front of our home. Before, the…read moredining space was separate from the home so by opening walls and converting the space, we are able to maximize the square footage. Hunter's teams were on time, responsive and diligent to ensure all the fine details were met. They started on time and finished on time. They opened two walls, one of which was load bearing so a beam was added for support. They moved the ceiling electrical outlet where a fan use to be so that the light would be centered in the new space. They closed off the bedroom door and now the wall is seamless. They installed new hard wood floors to match existing flooring and cased all openings with custom trim. We could not be happier with the process and finished product. We would highly recommend My Guy for your next project!! We will be using them again.

Terms Kim Monroe…read moreLocal Guide·27 reviews·9 photos 9 months ago We needed a pool remodel and to add a spa. We also wanted to change from a salt system to a fusion chlorinated system. We interviewed 8 companies and chose All About Pools because of Jayson Furr the project manager. We met with him initially in his office in Tyler. He was sitting in his truck waiting on us when we arrived. I liked him immediately! He was in his work clothes and I could tell he was a hard worker. We had a meeting and we had a budget. Out of the eight companies, there were two bids lower than Jayson. One bid came in after we had already met with Jayson and we decided to stay with Jayson. We showed him the lower bid that we had from the other company and he worked with us and came down a little bit closer to that bid. We were very appreciative of that. He came out, looked at everything, flew his drone over. We came to an agreement over the money, signed the contract, the very next day early in the morning he was there with this crew working. They would work in the cold and the rain. Jayson answered the phone every single time we called if for some reason, he couldn't answer he would immediately call us back. No matter how simple the question was or how many times we called, he was always very polite very patient and very very customer friendly. We trusted him. We trusted him with our retirement monies that we had saved for this project. We always wanted a beautiful spa and pool. We also met the owner. The owner explained to us how important his customers were to him. He's been in the business over 40 years. The company is part of Better Business Bureau bonded and insured, and presented all of that evidence to us in the folder that was given to us. He had pages of references that we could check. Even though the owner had had some health issues, he came out to the job site to look at everything and talk to us and thanked us for picking his company. We should be done with the job tomorrow. They poured plaster today and will do the acid wash and we can start to fill tomorrow. The pool and the new spa has transformed our backyard. We are beyond thrilled. We are also beyond thrilled with the customer service and the quality of work that was provided to us. We have encountered nothing but professionalism from all of the workers that he contracts with. They are all hard-working and very polite. This is our first pool and spa. We moved from out of state less than a year ago so we had to start from scratch to find a pool company. We highly recommend All About Pools and Jayson Furr for any of your needs. They do a tremendous job and are very hard-working. Also, Jayson is there every day on the job overseeing and working beside the people that he has contracted with. The project was completed within time promised, despite weather issues. Thank you Jayson for fulfilling our dream. Jayson does not make excuses he makes things happen.

Moving is inherently stressful, but their absolute dedication to the heavy lifting and logistics made the centerpiece of the operation completely seamless. Beyond their top-tier moving capabilities, they offer a great choice of extended services that genuinely set them apart. The biggest value-add for us was their move-out wipe-down service. Having the same hardworking crew handle the final cleaning of the house we were selling meant we did not have to hire and manage a separate contractor, leaving the property pristine for the market. The absolute cherry on top is that they were the lowest bidder out of all the quotes we sourced. Finding a company that provides such a high level of dedicated, professional service at the most competitive price point is incredibly rare.
