Why would anyone take crystals from a chandelier? One of them was discounted and NOW we know why. Keith is condescending and rude. We spent over 10k to be treated this way. We paid upfront in full and three of the chandeliers were thrown in a box with zero protection. Trust me I'm doing you a favor. There are so many other respectful place to go for fixtures. I'm going to post where in his own words was a lie.

Perfect for space and do not compromise the view. They also helped me find modules for my existing ceiling fans so they worked with the new wall switches. When the cabinet guy broke one of the globes on the pendant lights they rushed me a replacement. Over and over again they have gone above and beyond to help us with our remodel. The new showroom is filled with beautiful lights and furniture. If they don't have what you need they will get it. We really appreciate them.

The only I can have where I live. Internet suddenly stops working. After many days of trying to contact them I get a new Sim card. Internet speeds are now avgess than 3mbs down. Three weeks later, the new Sim card stops again. Get new card today, but this time I brought the modem with me. On the way home, I pull over 1/4mi away from the ATT tower and make sure my cell phone is connected to it. Run speed test and avg 95mbs down. Turn on wifi on phone connect to the modem and run speed test again. Best avg is 1.7mbs. So I'm paying $130/month for internet and not getting what I'm paying for. Worst yet, I do not have a choice.
