Monarch Built Homes came and gave me an estimate and honest consultation on what they thought really needed to be done and gave some suggestions on things that wouldn't hurt to get done. None of it felt pressured. I was given options on different ways to have the work done. My floor joists needed to be replaced and the subfloor. They cut out the subfloor, replaced the joists, leveled my house & replaced the subfloor. Then they installed all the flooring and baseboards and trim. They also helped decide on what paint would look best and we even went with their suggestion! Monarch also helped me dig up my sewer line to find a suspected leak. On top of all this they built me a custom hand made vanity for my bathroom with countertop! As a company they were nothing less than stellar and very professional. The estimate was spot on with what I paid. I've referred them to friends and family! I will call them again if I'm ever in need of anything else!

When he was there, he would bring his infant baby (no place for a baby) and be gone in a few hours. They said they could use the carpet from a closet and use it to patch the damaged area and replace the closet carpet with something similar. An unfortunate event unfolded where Tom couldn't make it to the scheduled time and he then referred me to his worker, Matthew. I got in touch with Matthew and they came over to check the carpet. I asked them how much it would cost and he told me what Tom quoted me for and I asked if we can go $150 since the job is so small. Matthew agreed but couldn't do the repair immediately since we needed replacement carpet for the closet. He left and said he would be in contact. A few days went by but I haven't heard from him. I sent him a message for a follow up but never heard from him again. Overall, I felt though the customer service was lacking. This happened over ~2.5 week period. I had to do all the initiation in calling them and trying to get on their schedule. I'm sure they do good work but they ghosted me.
