Since we live 2 hrs away, its not something we can easily do, and they refused to refund us our initial payment. We showed them 2 sets of plans that we brought, and they basically ignored them, and all they wanted was to shove their plans at us.

It did take a bit to install because they are a busy & in demand company. The office staff kept in the loop us in the loop about the installation date. I would definitely recommend them %! It was neat to see the process and it has settled very nicely. We had to get the one with the step access as I am disabled. It has the steps & handrail going into it.
