    My experiences with this company have been hit and miss through the years. They have replaced the…read morewax ring on two of my toilets. Those both went smoothly. I had many service calls via my home warranty company for repairs to my old heat pump system. For the most part, those went fine as well. When my heat pump finally died, I went through my home warranty company to get a new one. Advanced was contracted to do the work. They came to look at my system and measure everything to make sure they got the right size air handler for the little niche mine sat in, and all that. As we were walking around my house looking at the vents and air returns, I was informed that I did not have enough air returns, and they would need to cut some more holes in my walls to run more duct work. They also said that because my air handler was in my garage, it was required that I have a protective post installed. These all added to the total cost of the new system. They came to do the work, and I paid the bill. I did not get more air returns and I did not get a protective post installed. I should have said something right then, but I had a lot going on in my life and didn't want to have to fight for my money back. I really should have. They also replaced my really nice thermostat with an industrial model. They didn't even set it up right, because it was in contractor mode, and I was unable to set it. I had to have a guy come back out to get it working right. They took my thermostat with them, they didn't even leave it for me.

Our windows leak, cabinets have broken because they are so cheap, numerous electrical sockets don't work, wiring is bad because multiple brand new lightbulbs burn out every month, a piece of our garage broke off because it wasn't nailed in--safety issue, "hardwood" floor is so cheap is scratches and indents incredibly easily and is so slippery it's a safety issue, they didn't put studs in the wall where they should have so hanging items is very difficult, our "closet" isn't even deep enough to fit a hanger, our faucet broke right off, I could keep going. We tried contacting them numerous times but NEVER got a call back or anything fixed. Pathetic accountability. How the heck are they in business?! Our 4 neighbors have had issues also and also tried to contact them but never got a person or a call back either. So they take your money (charging for every since adjustment), do a HORRIBLE job and never do anything about it. Do NOT use these people. You will regret it.

Nice guys, polite, and always clean up after they are done. I highly recommend this company. By the way, they are also very reasonably priced compared to other companies.

I briefly explained my situation and was told a service tech should be out shortly for diagnostics... and he was! the tech was efficient and courteous and practicing plague protocols which is always appreciated. a little chit-chat then re-reset the breaker and the unit turns on, mostly... apparently there's a delay between 'power' and 'function' because Michael shut it off after a few minutes reporting a high current condition. shines a flashlight around and pokes about some with the meter... some parts come out, some parts go in and next thing you know we're back online with heat, yea! check the discharge temp and thermostat function to make sure everything works like it's supposed to, and we're done in short order. and it wasn't so spendy either (yea again!) while I had his attention I asked Michael about replacing the unit and doing a little duct work under the house (why should I get dirty when they're going to be here anyway?) he took a look at my system and gave me some numbers; it's gonna cost about the same for gas or electric so we'll see how that plays out in the spring. meanwhile I've got no complaints except for the plague stuff and being on eastern standard time instead of Tulsa Time. to all y'all at Air Dynamics, thank you for a job done well!

They came out to "diagnose" my refrigerator, and the guy who looked at it said my freezer door can't come off because it's "frozen shut" and that I need the "Incredible Hulk" to come and get this out, yet another company came and unscrewed it in a matter of seconds. They charged me $96 to inaccurately diagnose the issue, and were going to charge $600 to fix everything that was needed. The company who actually fixed it initially said they would charge $300 for the same parts but then actually diagnosed it and charged a total of $180 for everything. I am so glad I didn't go with SD further as it would've cost me an extra $400 and not fixed it because they didn't do their due diligence. You can just tell from their website to even all the errors in their google responses that quality and pride are not top on their priority list. Even though you don't know me -- trust me....you'll want to stay away from this company. Several other people have stated they were misdiagnosed, charged a ton of money, and their problem didn't go away. These guys don't know what they're doing, sadly. I wanted to like them because they are nice enough, but when you take money out of the mouths of my kids with unprofessionalism and being unethical, that is when I draw the line.

    Not sure what is going on with this company . They were contracted by my warranty company to…read moreservice my dishwasher. They never called or showed up for my 12-5 pm time frame . I called the office at 3 and 5 pm and was told "you are on the schedule , a tech will call when he is on his way " I never heard from them . The next afternoon I called and they sounded surprised no one called me ! I was assured then that someone would be out the next day. I had my service called transferred to another provider. They called first thing the next day and preformed the service by 1pm. I never received a call from A-tech , but the next day a tech showed up without calling before! I informed I had another service on the way as I was not sure if A-tech would show up . I don't recommend them as it took 4 days for them to show up and they don't call on they way . Very unreliable .

Zero integrity, zero class, zero competency. I had the misfortune of being assigned this company by American Home Shield. It's been nearly 3 months, and I still do not have my dryer repaired. They made multiple appointments and did not show up. Not a call nor an apology. If I got a hold of the lady on the office phone, she will act like she wants to help you but there was never any follow up. Sometimes she just is nasty over the phone. This is a company run by people without any human decency and moral scruples. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

    A little history. When we lived in Cornelius, we always shopped at the Mooresville Store. Over the…read moreyears, I bought at least 5 high end camera systems from them including lens and video equipment. That also extended to anything electronic such as Sound System. large screen TV's, Go Pro's etc and of course, a couple of computer systems as well. There was one guy who was my "go to" for cameras but after a while, he was charged with selling and promoting Apple Systems which was a waste because he was firmly rooted in the Wintel Standards. By now, I'm sure he is up and running on the Apple Platform but at the time, it was a blow to me who operates in the Nikon/Nikkor world. Put up with it for a while because in the end, I did get the help I needed. That is till Covie hit. Because of Covid, there was a long period where I could not even get into the store. When I did, everything I needed or wanted to purchase was at the Northlake Store. I had been to the Northlake Store a couple of times but was never really impressed. When we moved from Cornelius to Denver NC, we bought a Samsung large screen TV for the living room. My wife is a football nut, so it was for here. Because of Covid, the only size we could get was 65 inches although what we wanted was the 75-inch model. With that, we also got a Samsung Sound Bar which lasted for two to three months before it went out. Called the Geek Squad and it was dead, and they advised me to take it to the Geek Squad in Mooresville where we bought it. We bought an extended warranty as well. Since we originally wanted the 75-inch model, the technician had informed us that the 75-inch model was now available, and we could upgrade by paying the difference in list price between the two sizes. We upgraded and they just swapped out the Sound Bar for a new one and all that remained was to schedule a time for the Geek Squad to come out with the new TV, pick up the old one and couple with the new Sound Bar. We up and running till about three weeks ago when the sound bar became intermittent. Called the Geek Squad since we pay for their premium service and we scheduled an appointment for last week. Came out and determined that the problem was a defective HSMI port on the sound bar. They suggested we take it back to best buy. Both of the technicians who service our accounts are now out of the Northlake store. In other words, some stores are now Magnet Stores and are centers for technology and resources. Went and checked in with the Geek Squad and could not be happier. The checked the MFG Serial number and it was on the list os Samsung Soundbars that had been recalled. They did not have a direct replacement in stock, but they gave us an in-store credit that we could use at any time. A last comment. While I had been here only a couple of times over the years, they have totally remodeled the store and it is well stocked. Walked back to the Camera Dept and they had at least 6X the number of Nikons that they had last time I was in Mooresville. When I lived in Cornelius, Mooresville was closed but now that I live in Denver NC, it's a wash. That said, I'm going to go to where I can find the merchandise I want and at this time, it's in Northlake.
