Our purchase agreement stated the community was going to have "covered" docks and our HOA Covenants state "covered" slips and power. They never put in covered docks nor is there electric at the docks ( TVA confirmed that their submittal was not for covered docks). The developer, after tearing up my lot refuses to come back and fix it. I heard an owner in Nashville took them to the TN Real Estate Commission and won her case for items they promised at their community.
