My favorite starting point is off of Keller-Smithfield Road, where there is also a nice little playground and Free Little Library. Closer to Rufe Snow there is a dog park, and along Bear Creek Parkway is the main park with a playground, pavilions, basketball courts, volleyball courts, and bathrooms. The only complaint I have about the walking trails is that there are no lights but I suppose that may keep people out of the park after hours, just limits walking times in the winter. Update: I wanted to get some photos of my dog, so we took a dirt path to the creek and decided to cross over where we found an awesome dirt trail system. This may be used primarily for mountain biking but since it wasn't busy when we went, we enjoyed a leisurely walk & I was able to get a few quick off leash photos of my girl. It's heavily treed so it's a little warmer & there are lots of bugs BUT we saw so many beautiful fireflies. Highly recommend.
