My radiator went out and I was stuck on the side of the road next to my daughter's school. It was raining outside. I called AAA insurance for a tow truck as I did not want to chance driving to mechanic shop. AAA said it would be 45 min for truck to arrive. About 5min later I got a phone call from Keith's Towing Co. They asked how many people needed to fit in truck. I told her 3 people if possible. She then advised a truck was in route and would be there in 15min. The truck arrived in 10min and accommodated all 3 of us. They driver was super nice and very efficient. While we waited in the truck, out of the rain, the driver quickly loaded the car onto the truck and we proceeded to the mechanic shop. The ANGLE was TOPS After being screwed over by CSAA "AAA" for fourteen hours to get our 26' GMC motorhome towed or someone to install the fan belts reinstalled and being told at 8:00 PM someone would be there in one hour. Then getting a call back NO ONE could come out until after 8:00 AM the next day and I would have to call and rebook NO WAY get the truck out here at 8:00 Next day no truck I call CSAA we are looking for a rig to haul you How tall is your motorhome? Me I told you the information last night It's a GMC classic , 26' long, 9 1/2 ' high or tall and about 8' wide. CSAA OKAY! Yes I'm a little PO 10:00 AM I call back Where's the towing rig !! ? I get a dispatcher who has his head out of his rump. I'll call KEITH's Towing In less then then minuets Duane our Angle shows up in the finest DODGE tow rig I have ever seen Duane jumps out takes a look at the fan belts and how to reinstall them. After talking and cleaning him self up we are on our happy way. Duane makes sure we are OKAY and fowlers us back down to the BIG RIG parking area. Again jumps out of his rig to recheck the fan belts. It looks okay Me I'm not going to over rev. the engine Got home to Three Rivers Oregon We are grateful for folks like Duane who can still think outside the box. The technician was asking me questions about my battery and when the last time I replaced it was and I realized just how long it had been, about 6 years since I had it replaced and never needed a jump.
