I am literally so thankful for the kindness and hospitality shown to me! The worker sent out to help me was very quick to get my vehicle hooked up and onto the next location. 10/10 would recommend this great service read more

My day started off great, right up until the moment I started my truck. It ran smoothly, as usual for about 90 seconds and then the engine died. Cranked on it a couple of times and immediately realized the aforementioned "great day" had just hit a snag. A quick call to my insurance company's roadside assistance program but unfortunately no towing agencies were available. They suggested Premier Towing, just send them the receipt for said service and they'd "try to get it covered." Sheesh! They then proceeded to send me the wrong phone number. SHEESH #2! Looked up Premier's phone number online and a moment later I was on the line with Premier setting up the tow. 45 minutes later Lee arrived, got the truck loaded up and away we went to the shop. Lee was very professional and it turned out he'd met my dad about 20 years previously. He dropped the truck off at the repair shop and in a few moments he was gone. I'm pleased to recommend Premier Towing and their driver Lee. Solid service within a very reasonable timeframe. The day ended up positive after all. I'll definitely call them again if there is a need. read more

My car had a major failure and was not driveable. My insurance called Premier Towing and they were amazing. I received a prompt call from them and the driver Lee showed up within 15 minutes. He asked if I needed to get anything out of my car, waited for me to do it, and then loaded her up. Dropped my car at the shop and they let me know that too. It turned out that shop couldn't do the repair. So my insurance contacted Premier again. Same service: prompt call from their dispatcher and Lee was on the scene picking up my car and taking it where it needed to go in under thirty minutes. Best towing experience in Redding and probably anywhere in my long lifetime. Thank you! read more

This review is on behalf of my husband. On the rainy December 18, 2023, my husband drove to Redding from Sacramento for work. He got a flat tire and called Premier Towing. Lee was extremely helpful. After loading the SUV on the flatbed, Lee drove to two different shops because the AWD vehicle needed four new tires. Then Lee called around to different shops and found one that had the correct tires. Lee never complained. Lee was very respectful, polite, and professional. Lee help my husband to come home the same night. Thank you Lee. I give Lee FIVE STARS. God bless you. read more

My experience with Rob at Premier Towing was absolutely outstanding!! There are not enough words to express how grateful we are! Rob helped get us back on the road after a rainy road accident that caused my truck to end up high centered on a a retaining concrete wall with a wiped out wheel and tire. No one was hurt, thank goodness! But, I honestly didn't think my truck would be drivable again! Within an hour and a half he had carefully raised my truck up & out of where it was stuck & changed my tire & I was on my way home! Thank you so much!! I highly recommended Rob at premier towing for any of your towing or roadside assistance needs! read more

I had Lee today and he saved the day! Very professional and knowledgeable thanks again!

After breaking down in a company truck in the middle of nowhere with spotty cell service at best, and then having to dealing with my company's "out of state" fleet assistance, I felt doomed and wasn't sure a tow was even coming. Then I received a call from Premier Towing's dispatch, who obviously had dealt with my company's fleet assistance before. Premier's dispatch verified my location and reassured me that help was on the way. Top notch customer service! In less time than estimated, Lee showed up to save the day. He treated my beat-up construction truck like it was a Cadillac, and had it loaded and strapped down in less than 5 minutes! Lee is very professional and a very careful driver. I will be using Premier Towing for now on. read more

We had a man named Jason come help us move our classic 1958 Ford Fairlane and he handled it with so much care. We really appreciate his help and kind demeanor. It seems to be difficult to get good customer service anywhere in this town but from start to finish this company has been great! Thank you so much Premier Towing and Jason was awesome! Beautiful truck you guys have, too! read more

Can't read a map! I arranged a tow through Verizon roadside assistance. They picked a company who called twice to verify my information. It wasn't until 30 minutes later when they figured out I was outside their service area. Why couldn't they have figured that out when they got the call. The result is now I can't get my car towed until the end of the day so I will be without a day longer than necessary. read more

First time in a long time I had to deal with a car that wouldn't go. The first tow service guy shows up and says, can't tow you because it says here it should be a Camry, it's not, it is a Solara. The second tow service was Premier, I think I lucked out with the first guy leaving me stranded. They did an excellent job. read more

Professional, kind, courteous. Would definitely use again and recommend to family/friends.

Was in a collision on 11-14 Lee was my tow driver and was very supportive and sweet. He showed sympathy for me and had a very positive attitude even though I did not. He made me see the bright side of my accident and how nobody was seriously hurt or killed. My car has been in the tow yard for over 6 days now and I have a very expensive bill due to Insurance Company being crappy . When I went 2 days later to grab some items out of my vehicle Lee was still very supportive and concerned about me and the process of all of this. I would definitely recommend Premier Towing! Thank you Lee for being such a sweet person and to sincerely care about my situation. Rob has also been great with all the phone calls we have had back and forth with each other. This company seems like a very family-oriented type company and I will keep doing business with them! I hope I don't have to keep doing business with them due to the circumstances LOL but if I ever need a tow truck again it will be this company. Support local and support a company that sincerely cares about their customers, go to Premier Towing!! Oh yeah and on top of all of that Lee also gave me a ride out of the location of the accident and took me wherever I wanted to go and told me the location I chose to be dropped off at was a dangerous location and to be careful and keep my eyes open, he even helped grab my bags for me and asked if I needed help carrying them inside the facility! Thanks again Premier Towing read more

Pay no attention to my first review. I wrote it while angry and these guys actually had no say in my situation. They were actually reasonable considering I was the one who was angry. Its not an easy job and angry people are part of their daily routine . it was my fault , not theirs .. Im gonna remove my review when I figure out how. Every time I have used them since , its been fast and the prices are as good as u will find. I learned never to write a review when mad , and my apologies to the guys at the shop. read more

I have had to call for a tow truck on several occasions in the past couple of years and have used Premier as I have always had very prompt, efficient and courteous service. Very professional and honest. I have had many bad dealing with car related businesses and am always suspicious of what I am being charged for. Premier has never charged for any work not performed and is very clear about what the problem was and the easiest and least expensive solution. I highly recommend Premier Towing! read more

I was heading home to Vacaville, CA in my work vehicle when the steering wheel suddenly seized. I had never been in such a situation and was scared! I was stuck in Redding, which was 3 hours away from my destination. The weather was also really awful, so it made for a bad day. The insurance company was able to send out a tow service and when I saw Lee, I jumped out of the car and waved at him like he was my friend. Lee was so kind and calm, and helped put me at ease. While he was towing my car, he noticed that the car wasn't staying in neutral, so he had to carefully maneuver the car up the ramp with the steering wheel frozen! He towed my car over to the Ford dealership and suggested that I mention the issue about the neutral setting so that they could conduct a comprehensive review of the car, just in case there were other issues aside from the steering wheel. We were chatting on the ride over to the dealership and talking about work. He shared that he truly enjoys his job, as he is able to help people everyday, which has been a satisfying and rewarding experience. That's the type of person that you want coming to your rescue! I travel out to remote locations often, and though I hope that I don't experience such a situation again, I would definitely put my trust in Premier, if my car should break down in the area again. Thank you, Lee! It was good to meet you :) read more
