My day started off great, right up until the moment I started my truck. It ran smoothly, as usual for about 90 seconds and then the engine died. Cranked on it a couple of times and immediately realized the aforementioned "great day" had just hit a snag. A quick call to my insurance company's roadside assistance program but unfortunately no towing agencies were available. They suggested Premier Towing, just send them the receipt for said service and they'd "try to get it covered." Sheesh! They then proceeded to send me the wrong phone number. SHEESH #2! Looked up Premier's phone number online and a moment later I was on the line with Premier setting up the tow. 45 minutes later Lee arrived, got the truck loaded up and away we went to the shop. Lee was very professional and it turned out he'd met my dad about 20 years previously. He dropped the truck off at the repair shop and in a few moments he was gone. I'm pleased to recommend Premier Towing and their driver Lee. Solid service within a very reasonable timeframe. The day ended up positive after all. I'll definitely call them again if there is a need. read more

My car had a major failure and was not driveable. My insurance called Premier Towing and they were amazing. I received a prompt call from them and the driver Lee showed up within 15 minutes. He asked if I needed to get anything out of my car, waited for me to do it, and then loaded her up. Dropped my car at the shop and they let me know that too. It turned out that shop couldn't do the repair. So my insurance contacted Premier again. Same service: prompt call from their dispatcher and Lee was on the scene picking up my car and taking it where it needed to go in under thirty minutes. This review is on behalf of my husband. On the rainy December 18, 2023, my husband drove to Redding from Sacramento for work. He got a flat tire and called Premier Towing. Lee was extremely helpful. After loading the SUV on the flatbed, Lee drove to two different shops because the AWD vehicle needed four new tires. Then Lee called around to different shops and found one that had the correct tires. Lee never complained. Lee was very respectful, polite, and professional. My experience with Rob at Premier Towing was absolutely outstanding!! There are not enough words to express how grateful we are! Rob helped get us back on the road after a rainy road accident that caused my truck to end up high centered on a a retaining concrete wall with a wiped out wheel and tire. Was in a collision on 11-14 Lee was my tow driver and was very supportive and sweet. He showed sympathy for me and had a very positive attitude even though I did not. He made me see the bright side of my accident and how nobody was seriously hurt or killed. My car has been in the tow yard for over 6 days now and I have a very expensive bill due to Insurance Company being crappy . I was heading home to Vacaville, CA in my work vehicle when the steering wheel suddenly seized. I had never been in such a situation and was scared! I was stuck in Redding, which was 3 hours away from my destination. The weather was also really awful, so it made for a bad day. The insurance company was able to send out a tow service and when I saw Lee, I jumped out of the car and waved at him like he was my friend. Lee was so kind and calm, and helped put me at ease. While he was towing my car, he noticed that the car wasn't staying in neutral, so he had to carefully maneuver the car up the ramp with the steering wheel frozen! He towed my car over to the Ford dealership and suggested that I mention the issue about the neutral setting so that they could conduct a comprehensive review of the car, just in case there were other issues aside from the steering wheel. We were chatting on the ride over to the dealership and talking about work. He shared that he truly enjoys his job, as he is able to help people everyday, which has been a satisfying and rewarding experience. That's the type of person that you want coming to your rescue! I travel out to remote locations often, and though I hope that I don't experience such a situation again, I would definitely put my trust in Premier, if my car should break down in the area again.
