Worst of luck to 3 sh astas car theft service and holding people's transportation hostage for a ridiculous fee! $425.00 for two miles tow ! That's beyond reasonable! Now I'm without any vehicle ,but I know where they are located ,at least for now they are on cedars road ,down the street from the hottest mobile park in northern California. That figures. To my understanding from my apartment complex manager Donna RV parking shouldn't be an issue. To the leeter stating we couldn't park in front or someone elses designated parking lot. Now I'm being charged over $500. Now I can't pay my rent because I'm paying an outrageous fee. This company is predatory. My neighbor told me this happened to her but it cost her $350. The owner was terrible to me…read more My husband and I were vic of auto theft and we got a call at midnight from Redding Police saying they "recovered" my husbands stolen motorcycle and that because we live an hour away to do nothing they would have it towed and stored til morning for us. My husband was ecstatic! RPD gave us the case number and number to the tow yard to call in the morning being they weren't open at midnight to call and make arrangements to have the bike picked up. So the following morning at 7:30am I called the Tow yard and was told it was going to be $420 to pick up our Recovered Motorcycle. The lady wasn't willing to budge I called the police dept had them call her the best she would do for less than 12 hours of storage was $350. On a recovered motorcycl! that's two thefts now happening. the original man that stole our motorcycle and now the two company. we're a one income family. this wasn't our fault. this is insane to me. why are they allowed to do this to the victims? I've reached out to several local news stations and our local congress workers as well as the BBB this shouldn't be allowed to happen.

Cranked on it a couple of times and immediately realized the aforementioned "great day" had just hit a snag. A quick call to my insurance company's roadside assistance program but unfortunately no towing agencies were available. They suggested Premier Towing, just send them the receipt for said service and they'd "try to get it covered." Sheesh! They then proceeded to send me the wrong phone number. SHEESH #2! Looked up Premier's phone number online and a moment later I was on the line with Premier setting up the tow. 45 minutes later Lee arrived, got the truck loaded up and away we went to the shop. Lee was very professional and it turned out he'd met my dad about 20 years previously. He dropped the truck off at the repair shop and in a few moments he was gone. I'm pleased to recommend Premier Towing and their driver Lee. Solid service within a very reasonable timeframe. The day ended up positive after all. I'll definitely call them again if there is a need.

He asked if I needed to get anything out of my car, waited for me to do it, and then loaded her up. Dropped my car at the shop and they let me know that too. It turned out that shop couldn't do the repair. So my insurance contacted Premier again. Same service: prompt call from their dispatcher and Lee was on the scene picking up my car and taking it where it needed to go in under thirty minutes. Best towing experience in Redding and probably anywhere in my long lifetime. Thank you!
