Almost crying, I said 'forget it, don't come, I'll figure it out myself. So I picked up the phone at 5:00am, alone on a dark street and called Twin View who I used once before. The quote was a 'normal price for the service' the response time was fair, and they got it done. I paid out of pocket and my insurance will reimburse me for it. In the future I will skip 'roadside assistance' who is a nightmare and calls rude expensive places, ( that charge MORE than the reasonable rate, and I will just pick up the phone and call Twin View.

I asked him to check the battery, because if that is the problem, it's an easy fix. He stated he did not have a battery tester, so he towed it to the KIA dealership.
