By the time you finally flag someone down, they usually have no idea what you're asking about or where the product is located. With Lowe's now right down the street, you would think they'd step up their game--greet customers, be knowledgeable, and actually assist people who walk in needing help. Instead, there's little to no greeting, limited selection, and poor customer service. At this rate, I feel like this place will soon be a thing of the past if they don't pick up the pace and improve.
