We followed all instructions/directions, stayed extra late to make sure everything was clean and was still denied our deposit back, the excuse that was given was that the AC was turned down low and ran that way all night, we followed the AC instructions that they had provided and put it at summer setting. Ridiculous excuse if you want to keep the deposit just say so! Would not recommend to anyone!

We had all day to decorate and prepare for our daughter's big day. There's also a super adorable store on the property. We'll have to go back for shopping. Well they did and i ordered from their online portal at ~8am and my mom texted me the beautiful picture of them around 12:30pm. Beautiful arrangement, fast service, and the 'note' from me was even handwritten. Great job by a local florist! I will never order from a national branch again as they never come out the way they appear on the site.
