I signed up for a time slot a few hours before a scheduled class and was luckily the only one for the desired session. This was perfect because I received undivided attention! The host for my scheduled slot was so nice and answered every question I had without a problem. They coach you every step of the way from beginning to end. From picking your scents to cooling and bagging your candle so you're comfortable throughout the process. The candle takes about 30 min - 1 hr to cool so you're able to explore the other restaurants and stores in downtown Temple. They also have wax melts, candle vessels, and other candle related things for sell as well. I thoroughly enjoyed. If you're ever in the mood to make a candle, check them out.

But, we were enlightened to find out that they were actually incense, so when you lit the match it provided scent in the room. I thought the cost was on the higher side. But, when you are in a small business, you are paying for the artists services. The decor was artsy and mystic. I would definitely go back and check out new candles and their scents.

( I do like their scented laundry soap! ) I noticed there's a place to click on subscribe and a dot to check for "one-time purchase." I ticked the "one-time purchase", and continued to check out only to see that it defaulted to the subscribe option. I went back and tried 3 more times, and it did the same thing EACH TIME! So, beware, the website is rigged to give you a subscription even if you tick the "one-time purchase" option. YOU'VE LOST A CUSTOMER MAVWICKS! That's shady business practice!

I went back and showed them the "happy birthday" offer, but since my number was now linked to 2 accounts, they told me to call customer service. I told the cashier I just spent 15 minutes trying to prove to them I have an account, and do not feel like wasting another 15 on the phone with customer service for a $5 gift. It was so frustrating they cannot fix this issue in the store. The birthday gifts are worth $5 max. They guard these things with their life and make it impossible to claim a reward that they advertise. I have not had an issue claiming a bday gift in the last 3 years. It's not that deep, but total waste of time after spending so much money over the years
