The lash artist I chose, Tavian, texted me a few hours before my appointment to ask if I could come earlier despite me having booked 5PM a month in advance. I still came an hour early. Once I sat down, she continuously said she wasn't sure if she could do the style I wanted and that she can just "take them all off" if I didn't like it. This already made me feel unsure about it and she later told me I could come to get a free touch up. This was a nice offer until she texted me the next night trying to reschedule that too. If you book here, maybe consider their issues with time management.

My goal was to find a reasonable solution by offering to pay a cancellation fee for my appointment and reiterated a few times that I did not want to negatively impact her or her other customers. I paid the cancellation fee, and I left. It was clear we jointly decided not to work with each other again. I was fine with this solution and didn't think much of it. Around midnight last night, I received a couple of lengthy, rambling, text messages from her. Ever. I have been getting my lashes done since about 2008 so I am familiar with quality adhesives and extensions. The adhesive Rose uses is strong-the extensions begin to fall off at about the four week mark. The glue is strong but not irritating- I wear contacts and have not had any issues with red or itchy eyes. The extensions themselves are matte, soft, and are a natural shade of black. Lastly but most importantly, Rose's salon is impeccably clean. I am a germaphobe and I take comfort in knowing that she sterilizes her products and each client receives their own lashes( she sets aside lashes for each client in a container with the client's name and the specific length of lashes that the client typically uses). I trusted her enough to get a fill in during COVID-that speaks in volumes. Hands downs, she is the best lash technician in Georgia.
